Celebrating my 33rd birthday, I brought a cake to Jacked Culture and held a meetup for everyone in my hometown that wanted to come out and see me before Olympia. I was blown away by everyone that came, I appreciate all of you. Friday, I wrapped up my last workout at home, and flew out to Orlando Saturday morning.

A lot of people say you cant achieve your goals and dreams when you have children because they take so much time and effort. Let me tell you now having children will give you a burning desire like never before to change, make better choices, achieve all your dreams so you can be proud looking into your childrens eyes knowing that they are the best thing ever to happen to you. Some people NEED that level are jeopardy (a childrens life and responsibility to take care of) to really really fulfil your potential. 2 years ago my son was born. I did not have £1 and now I have got myself to multiple 6 figures per year due to the determination and desire everyday i wake up I see my little boy i work harder and harder and he is the best thing to ever happen in my life, giving me real true meaning of life and how to properly live it to be successful and happy. Jeremy is a clear example of this too. Good luck at the MR O bro. Please don't disappear after this one show, remember how hard it is to PEAK for ONE day, youve been away for many years so you need to get that PEAK right again
