maybe that cylinder bit is from an umbrella. thats a really nice looking spot there, with loads of depositers. How many tides a day are there? that american penny is a copper one.
I think I filmed this at the end of July this year when it was the height of the tourist season. The beaches are much better now with only dog walkers.

We have two tides every 24 hours, we have had a few storms here lately should turn my lucky cove over a bit.
Still a fair few folk around on the beach this time of year!
