100% recommend! But I would grab the Santa’s Visit first because it is great and retiring by the end of the year and you don’t want to miss out on it. Then you have essentially 2 more years to get this set!
I am thinking about buying another set so I can make the whole lodge deeper, cuz it's really narrow, and add stairs. I also wish the ice area was wider, so I can do that also with another set added to it to make the ice twice as big and hopefully make some hockey goals.
And ice hockey mod would be cool for sure. Otherwise I would love to see what you eventually come up with, with the main build extension. Send me picture message or tag me in your future post on Instagram!

That's exactly what I'm doing, making a little Lego Christmas village with like 4 or 5 different holiday/winter sets
