I will take you with me as I visit and try for the first time the Michelin Star Awardee Jay Fai in Bangkok, Thailand.
I really enjoyed this experience and learned a lot about the world famous dishes of one of Thailand’s Culinary Treasures.

I live in Los Angeles & have yet to find an authentic Thai cuisine. Now I am on vacation in Toronto, did not find best thai restaurant 😏Goma nice to feature this chef. So to be rated Michelin star do not necessarily have to be fine dining 😘good ❤!!

I Saw her too the last time we were there in Bangkok, but unfortunately we were not able to eat at that time, kasi may online reservation pala and it was too long to wait ( mga 6 hrs daw ) to take a chance if makakain ka for walk in that day, so we opted na kumain na lang dun sa katabi nyan, at masarap din talaga, wala lang yun crab omelette na gusto ko sana matikman.... maybe next time i visit Bangkok again, mag papareserve nako online if thats a thing pa din ngayun....

i’ve been there: honestly the 3hrs wait is not worth it FOR ME. for the crab omelette, the way it cooks is impressive but the taste is no wow factor. only the crab meat is big. the other dishes is kinda salty. there is a better grab omelette in BKK that is not overrated. 3hrs din yun if masasayang.
