Its a little weird watching this back all these years later knowing that after 1994 Christie, Gunnell, Murray, Regis, and to some extent Jackson wouldn't be the same athletes again and for the likes of Lewis, Holmes and Edwards their best was yet to come.
Yes, it is that programme. The aforementioned athletes all had great careers competing with distinction internationally over 10 years plus, but you can’t go on forever.
How can I not forget the theme tune to the 1994 Commonwealth Games, dance/club music of the time. Denise Lewis would win a silver I think Atlanta Olympics and then Sydney gold.
