I did some labbing and found a couple similar combos to yours and I've gotta say Janet surpassed my expectations. She's has the combo extensions of Jax with the addition of some useful zoning. She's like Sonya on steroids!
I think Janet, just like Jax and Scorpion, could open up so much combos for Kitana. The thing I like about her the most is the aerial combos. Though, I don't think her setup plays would be good as Jax which, personally, adds so much value for Kitana. Not to mention, the unblockables...
They nerfed her (Janet) damage in the newest Mavado update/patch. Not by much, but it's noticeable. Of course there was no mention of this in the patch notes. Ex. one of Kitana's long strings that ran 497 pre patch is now hitting at 481

In certain matchups I’ve had to switch back to Jax but Janet is another good tool in the sandbox to have

I went in practice and found 47% meter less within a minute with her, she’s insane. Also, that combo at 3:15 is crazy, have to try that.
