- Fried meethi loli (makes 14-16 small quarters/chotha)
lngredients
1 cup maida
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsps of semolina or sooji
2 tsps of desiccated coconut ( gives nice flavour )
1 black cardamom seeds
1/3rd tsp of green cardamom powder
a pinch of salt
a pinch of baking powder
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/4th cup of ghee (for moyan)
Oil to fry

बहुत अच्छी लग रही है देखने में बस एक कारण समझाइए यह 1/4 काटने के बाद बीच में एक कट क्यों लगाया जाता है
घी तो नहीं पी जाएगी ?
हेमा जी,कट लगाने से टिक्की अंदर तक पकेगी क्योंकि बीच का हिस्सा थोड़ासा मोटा होता है,and don't worry अगर मोयन का measurement सही है तो घी नही absorb करेगी👍

Yes,it can be skipped..it just helps to fry the tikkis deeply... that's why i use a pinch of baking Powder

Kajal ji, sugar powder aur moyan ( oil or ghee ) perfect measurement ke saath use kare.
Excess ghee or sugar na daale.
Perfect ratio:
Maida:1 cup
Wheat flour : 1 cup
Sugar powder:half cup ( use sugar powder here)
Melted ghee 1 /4 th cup
2 tsps of sooji
Water as required
