How can she claim to be at the mercy of an uncontrollable urge, when she consciously goes to the store and fills her pantry and fridge, from top to bottom, with convenience and junk food? I’d have more time for it if she bought all healthy, nutritious food and ‘Oop….I ate the whole block of cheese’ or ‘Oh dear…I only meant to eat half of this family sized container of yogurt’ but she does NOTHING to prevent her binges. She buys pints of ice cream, multipacks after multipacks of chocolate bars, candies cakes and savoury junk foods with the sole intention of eating it all. That’s not a compulsion or a disorder, that’s a conscious decision to be a glutton. She consistently refuses to put any measures in place to prevent overeating and she bins off any plan that doesn’t allow for it. Jenneh kregg, Optavia, none of those would be successful and she’ll only ever do WW, because in her tiny, saturated fat sodden brain, it allows for gluttony. She just ‘goes over points’ whereas on the other plans, it means she’s failed.
She’s so far beyond help at this point.

as a cuban hispanic who eats rice for 2/3 squared meals a day, that is a LOT of rice. it’s alright to eat it for even three meals a day, just keep the portions small.

she tries to eat healthily but fails, her portions are way too big and filled with unnecessary added calories, she isn't going to change until she actually wants to. You have to want to change for it to actually happen.
The thing is, despite how big her portions are, she'd still be losing weight even if she ate like this because of her size. There's no way she's retaining her weight if she's only eating like this, she's clearly lying and eating a lot more behind the scenes

I really hate the relationship she has with the word vegan. 🙄 She literally believes that no matter the portion size or calorie count of the meal that as long as it's vegan it's healthy and she'll automatically lose weight. So annoying.
Honestly, after all this time consistently not losing weight without some sort of external help, you'd think she'd realise maybe her idea of 'healthy and 'unhealthy' are not correct. Like babe, Google exists, if you don't know why your not losing weight take a hard look at your actual food intake and debunk some incorrect beliefs you might have.

I make a lot of Mediterranean bowls. Salad is usually the base and then rice. I can't help but think of Chipotle as well 🤷🏾♀️

I have packaged salads but I usually only get the ones around 250 calories and don't use all the dressing. I usually also eat a banana or apple with it (like as a side not in the salad lmao)
her salads make me so sad :( there's no protein, no mix of different greens, no other extra goodies in it--salads are delicious and can be more filling when they're made right with healthy goodies, seasoned proteins, and texture like small apple cubes, shredded carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, chopped almonds or pine nuts, SOMETHING. No one could ever eat the salads she makes, even someone of a healthy weight, and be full for long.

Same! I'm a pretty small person. But I can eat like about 3/4 of a salad kit no problem. I think people should be upset at her portion sizes, but the salad kits aren't the worst offenders in her diet lol. If she ate smaller portions of rice, added condiments (dressings, Sriracha, soy sauce etc) and processed garbage, she'd lose weight.
I think sometimes people just want to pick on unnecessary things just to be insulting her, which is weird because there’s so much to pick from that’s actually an issue 😂 but I guess if they’re using them for a side salad it could be split into 3-4 portions, but yeah I could definitely eat 3/4 of it if it was a full meal easily.

I guess I was this way when I was overweight too (I've never been obese thanks God but I see a lot of my old self in her). Eating fast and messy. So not elegant and shameful for a woman. I was having an eating disorder and I couldn't realize how bad I was looking like, but that's repulsive.
I used to make one of those salad kits for dinner parties. It’s a LOT of food. 2-3 people easy if you’re just doing salad, but I’d do 6-ish when it’s just an appetizer.
