Im still a kid like 12 y/o but there's something im afraid of that what if we forget everything( not everything but some) after we finish studying as a medical student also maybe when you are a doctor and then you forgot something in between the operation

If you are still wondering then "Active recall" is the best way to study
I’ve been trying to do active recall for a while now, and I don’t seem to be getting it right. Writing down questions (like on Anki) and notes for myself to revise later takes waaay too much time. I get so little done. Also… how do you know when it’s time to “recall” the information again? I know it should be something like 2 days after, then a week, then 2 weeks, etc. but I never seem to get it right, and I’m always busy trying to learn new information. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
@@TheHpnumber1fan to me the greatest advice was summarizing the data I am learning in my own words, it takes for ever to do so and I kept hesitating whether it will work or not and it actually worked, I usually get a B- in most subjects but after doing this I started getting A- and I sometimes don't even summarize the whole thing lol and don't forget immediate revision. hope you find this helpful. And when it comes to when to recall I am sorry but I have no idea I just do a revision immediately after the lecture and every week
