Maybe you can make Doomkin a choose one card between either destroy a mana crystal from your opponent or gain an empty mana crystal and make it 5 mana.

even taking a full crystal would be a psuedo nerf since you can at least play around that by spending all of your mana.

@@BrandonR-mg9xt Maybe you missunderstood the choices I purposed? You can’t play around them. You either straight up destroy one mana crystal from your opponent (there’s no condition, your opponent can’t play around that) or you gain an empty mana crystal (just like innervate).

Rarran should do a 4/5 minion only battle with someone. Only 4/5s (and possibly some support cards) allowed in the deck. Awkward trades all day.
There is not one single game mode in hearthstone right now that is fun in any way. Let's hope they fix it.....
Top 200 Wild Legend player here. I'd love to see some nerfs in that format, as well, because Rogue is running completely rampant.
1) Revert Treasure Distributor's buff. It was already a strong card, but its current iteration makes it perhaps the strongest 1-drop ever printed (even more so than unnerfed Undertaker!). This also curtails Aggro Priest and Pirate Demon Hunter.
2. Ban Secret Passage. The card is in every Rogue deck and is absolutely absurd card draw. This also prevents comboing with Twisted Pack to essentially "draw" 5 cards.
3. Address Miracle Pack Rogue. This deck is absurd, but I don't know how to fix it. Either ban Twisted Pack or Wildpaw Gnoll.
4. This would make me sad because this is the deck that put me on the leaderboard, but Egg Hunter probably deserves a nerf to Mystery Egg. I'd probably propose that it discounts a Beast by (5), but not less than (1).
5. There is absolutely no reason why Radiant Elemental is (2) while Sorcerer's Apprentice is (4). Both encourage extremely toxic gameplay of some uninteractible OTK by turn 5 or 6 (not to mention that some players cheat and animation skip so that they can play out their BS APM combo). Make both cost (2) but change their effects so that spell cost (1) less, but not less than (1). No, I don't care if this kills decks, this shit has gone on too long.
If these changes happened, I would be very happy with the Wild format. Rogue would still likely be the best class but its power level dramatically reduced.
highly agree on being confused as to elemental remaining unchanged while apprentice has seen two (2!) nerfs. it is in the class that can abuse it less consistently, sure, but the effect is still crazy; plus it has the better statline compared to apprentice (for what the cards are meant to do for your deck and also for less-important-but-still-relevant inner fire reasons)
Crazy thing is doomkin isn't broken hence why it sees no play in warlock not even in wheel lock. Druid just makes everything broken with to much mana cheat!

It doesn't see play in Warlock because Pain Warlock and Insanity Warlock are aggro decks. None of their cards cost more than 4 mana anyway, so why would they care about trying to ramp? To play more 0 mana cards on their turn?

It was used in Reno version of wheel months ago, but yeah, isn't a game changer, it is for druid summoning 3 of them in one turn and also having 13 mana crystals lol
Frostmourne needs lifesteal ! Lore accurate and make it a true legendary weapon and usable
no, its should just summon on kill not on a deathrattle, its too just too slow to get the benefit of those minions 3 turns later, assuming you get minions, and god forbid you discover it with runes of darkness and give it 4 durability, for a 7 mana weapon it needs to have instant value.

@@djoctavio1234 theres nothing wrong with the cost, its just because it does nothing; this is 7 year old card, its just not fast enough relative to the game currently, because its too late to use against aggro, and youll take too much damage at turns 7+ from minions that you really dont want to swing into anything
I played ranked standard today and i had 3 mana crystals against a druid who had 9, so i deleted my one standard deck. I felt something that disgusted me so deep down that i think i prefer the turn 3 format that is wild right now.
I posted my game on reddit the other week, I had 4 they had 16. Its like what the fk am i meant to do.

I would like the cards to at least work as intended. I recently discovered that you can't buff the damage of Mixologist's spells
Doomkin is such a baffling design to see in hearthstone. Like yea mana screwing cards have existed like Zhihi but otherwise it’s not suppose to be a game that wants to be doing the MtG thing of just one sidedly blowing up mana bases (and that hasn’t even been a thing in actual MtG standard format for 15 years!).
Otherwise I just wanna see buffs on the same level that death knight’s which wasn’t even a class that was hurt the way we’re see quite a few classes like Hunter and Mage. There’s no excuse we can’t see more of those kinds of buffs instead of bullshit like “oh look, Gilly is slightly cheaper. Teehee what a power boost”.

Especially for gemtossor - I have a strong belief that druid shouldn't have tons of damage to face or a strong board clear. Gemtossor does BOTH. At least it shouldn't target face
I think adding a (max: 10) to it would help a lot, its still broken doing 10 damage but at least it can't be scaled up to 16 or higher
Doomkin can lick my sack. I feel bad even when I play that stupid card. You can’t have a card like that when there’s all that support ramp crap.
Honestly, it going against mobs only might make it a strong clear card in certain match ups.

@@RedEyeStorm7 Yeah, I have to say that when they made Gem Stone card, I don’t think they had thought through Druid being able to go back up to 16 mana. I mean, we just got done with Guff. Wtf are the doing with Druid? They aren’t unbeatable but if they get a good draw, the only thing that can beat them is OTK decks and that sucks…. hard.
Tide pool could be changed to random rather than discover. That could be an effective nerf requiring you to make sure all 3 are good.
You make a good point with Rogue. What are we doing there? There cards are just random. A lot of them seem made more for Paladin than Rogue.
Ban twisted pack in wild, it’s absolute bullshit you can get 8/8s and 3/3 weapons for free on turn 2
You can play around pirates/aggro priest, but not around free arcane giants on turn 2
They shuld slow down meta anyway... Ban pack or nerf arcane giants, revert that stupid 1/2 pirate because turn 1 10 atack is fun... Ban iceblock because playing vs mage is also fun, nerf mass production to 2 mana.

For Tidepool Pupil, I would suggest the battlecry to “if you played spells from 3 different spell schools, discover one of them” so we could stop spells with no school class can be easily abused (like the deal 8 damage trinket from Griftah or even the cheese spell)

Can we also remind the devs that they were the ones who said that druid was going to slow down with the mana ramp, even though they can still play fucking Reno on turn 5 (as I saw in a game last night) and have 16 max mana.
We were definitely lied to about the game at the start of the year.
Out of over 300 games this season, I've never seen a single hunter.
what’s strange is that as the game sped up, druid’s identity of having overcosted cards to account for their ramp has just disappeared, and now their cards are just as efficient as most of the other classes. they can already play broken neutral legendaries on turn 5, let their class cards be a little inefficient

Doomkin, could steal but in 2 turn add 2 crystal to opponent. Mage's drawn spell and minion that allow to to cast next drawn spell for free should have limitation to 5 or more cost spell.
Pet Parrot's main issue is its banking entirely on Catch of the Day and a comically large build-around of no other 1-cost cards. I don't think a stat buff would help much. The card's just kinda hopeless purely on how its been designed.
Hey Zeddy. Now that we will have few days with a lot of pirate dh around due to quest. Plz give good deck suggestions to match up against them. Also budget ones
Anyone else having a case where the game doesn't update the daily/weekly quests unless you turn off-and-on your game?
The elemental bull shit is what flames me the most. Light ringer is horrible for game. Too much damage is going face and it is so dumb

Fatique warlock's not new enough anymore to dodge addressing its issues. Remember that patch where the devs said "we want to bring back some agency to the players" ? Wheres the agency in dying from in hand from a 5 a 6 a 7 and a 8 damange crescendo that costs 0 mana? Just make it a board clear but no longer go face. Imo if s card can damage face it should have a 4 mana cost tax attached to it cause it always end up making bullshit stuff. Same thing woth trogg gemtosser, its such a stupid card. It literally punishes you for getting your board cleared.... where's the agency in that!??!?!?! You can't have big blowout turns and agency at the same time especially if the big blowout turn is "You die from shit i have in hand that you can do nothing about"
Surfalopod should cast a copy of the spell when you draw it so it doesn't have anti synergy with GPO.

Tidepool pupil is obnoxious. Same with the dk deck, but that one is hard to nerf because it does everything. The location is insane, but just the overall curve is so fkn strong... also having 4 swipes is kind of unfair for druid

Instead of taking an empty crystal it should take an unused one, that way you dont have to throw a turn to play around it and it kinda fits with finale

Honestly, minions with a killer effect should cost more and have lowered stats.
Crescendo could only damage minions and it would still be the best card in the deck. The data for fatiguelock is absolutely ridiculous: literally the top 9 cards in the deck to draw (in terms of winrate) are the 4 fatigue cards (2 copies of each) and pop’gar. The deck is literally just draw as many fatigue cards as possible, and fill the rest of the deck with cycle and removal.
I feel like tidepool is nerfed by being 2 mana 2/2 and after casting 4 spells you get to discover 1 of 3. It gives you a 25% to wiff but if you happen to have both copies of a spell you van still force a certain pick if you work for it or get lucky

just add Prince Renathal to the core set forever. It will help with the aggro meta and give control forever a small fighting chance in every meta.
Pirates need nerfed. All I run into is agro decks able to kill turn 3!

Big nerf without breaking the idea of the card, since everyone is trying to spend all their mana anyway. Creates a way to play around it etc etc

While I do prefer that to what it currently is I think the easiest change that would still feel fair is change it from steal to destroy. It would still fit the warlock theme and it would essentially just be reverse ramp but have the same effect. As it currently stands the card is essentially ramp twice and that is busted as a minion

i feel like if this patch came 2 weeks later 'cold feet' would get nerfed. it's managed to get away with running rampant just late enough to dodge a patch :P
maestra should make the hero card you get cost like, 3-5 less
I disagree that handbuff has dodged nerfs, with deputization aura and schoomscavate deleted from the game, along with tigress plushy gaining a mana. Losing lifesteal on the weapon would be fine, but I am not in favor of killing an archetype just because the developers didn't give the class anything better to do for too long.
Many of these complained-about cards are garbage cards without their synergy cards... Change Tidepool Pupil [0-Cost. 0/1. Taunt. Battlecry: If you've cast spells while holding this, Discover one to shuffle into your deck.]. Change Doomkin [2-Cost. 3/1. Deathrattle: Both players lose a mana crystal.] Horizon's Edge deals too much damage for its Cost. Buff unused cards. Change Furious Fowl [4-Cost. Summon two 2/3 Birds with Rush and Immune on your turn.] Change Sonya Waterdancer [2-Cost. 3/1. Stealth. Whenever you play a minion, gain a Coin.]
I miss post demon seed nerf storm wind when most of my paladin games went to fatigue
I miss control existing in general. Fatigue outlast decks are my favourite part of HS.

Painters virtue needs to be not whole hand. Make it 2-3 minions.
Ryecleaver moving the first slice of bread all the way to left would make it actually good I think.
I wish they reverted some of the Warrior nerfs to control cards. Now the game is so fast control feels so unplayable especially since the cards are so expensive. Sanitize feels horrible to play at 6 mana especially when you have to forge it for an extra 2 mana remember this card originally costed 4 mana.
I also feel like Inferno! should be nerfed, not even the Molten Giant nerfs could stop Pain Warlock as the card is basically a 4 mana 6/6 taunt with an upside which should not be that way, lose some stats or increase the cost.

How about changig Doomkin so he gives Druid only temporarly +1 mana in the next turn or the opponent looses the mana temporarly (like an overload effect) or both.
The +1 also can be further adjusted to +2 or +3 if it seems to weak otherwise

Wishing well rogue, anounce darkness theft rogue, evolve shaman, and secret hunter.
I just want anounce darkness to always start in your hand. It's not super powerful, more fun.

This is the big problem with tourist mechanic and nerfs/buffs. U need to buff mage, but u are risking already strong druid gets new tools, while nerfing new druid cards could send warrior into even worse place than it is. Tourist mechanis sounded cool at start, but now i dont think its working that well.
Imo marooned archmage should be a cost reduce of 3, so it’s a free 3/3, and maybe the mage tourist could get a slight buff
Maybe more health on the tourist or smthg, also archmage could probably go to 3/4 alongside the buff
I’ve been playing Marooned archmage a lot and I think it’s fine, I’ve mainly used it with sunscreens and it’s very often survived several turns in a row if you can get that out on 3
I would like to see Crescendo lose the Fel label. Sick of that 1 interaction controlling the game, 7 damage to all enemies and +35 healing... bullsh!t
doomkin is not a problem, problem are another cards that makes you play doomkin in turn 4 .. and about sonya it wouldnt be bad if the zero cost cards you get from her were temporary
Who coulda fking guessed the 2 best decks before the rotation THAT DIDNT GET NERFED would still be good and just ignore the slower new tools the metas only fun due to players playing new decks IMO druids finally good again after getting its ramp back and it really shows why its the most hated class in HS the design for druid is just bad, Feels bad to play unless your highrolling your ramp. feels terrible to play against because them having that extra mana up on you or 2 is just so impactful when the game is tightly balanced around mana costs nowadays
So I discovered 'pirate demon hunter' yesterday and I'm currently 6-0 vs druid in Legend cus I have turn 4/5/6 lethal every game before they ramp😂
f'ing hate doomkin. it's not enough that druid has a million ramp cards already and can get up to 16 mana now, they have to steal others' mana also. it's absurd and idk why it was designed in the first place

tidepool is hundred percent going to 2, a mini sivara that's also neutral is crazy ; it might completely kill sonya rogue though

They took Lightning Bolt out of the Shaman gift, they could take Swipe out of the Druid gift put Starfall in its place. I would also nerf Giftwrapped Whelp to be a 1/1, a one mana 3/2 with upside seems way too strong even by today's standards.
someone make a yeti hearthstone - where every card is just yeti or summon a yeti or destroy a " random yeti"
Small tweak for razzle dazzler. Make it so you dont get your first 5 drop for free. It should be summon a 5 drop for each type of spell cast. Its a pretty cringe vomit card but shaman doesnt really have anything else.

the problem with horizons edge is that its necessary for deathknight to deal with a lot of stuff, their card pool kinda bad after they lost motlk
also rainbow seamstress, needs to be a start of game effect or something so that it keeps rush and lifesteal when reborn

DK is absolutely fine rn. They have a tonne of archetypes, they're competitive, nothing they do feels super bullshit. 100% does not need anymore buffs
Dk is doing good already, if there is a class that doesn't need buffs (maybe the freeze package does but it's not necessary) it's this one

15% for dragon druid is a bulshit that has nothing to do with reality. Im playin hearthstone a lot recently and 7-8 out of 10 games thats always druid. Not dragon all the time, but druid. I played probably 250-280 games based on number change under the hero in standart mode in last two weeks, and druids being 75% is not freaking feeling. In last ten games there were 7 druids. Rarely there are some death knights and warlocks, even more rearly i see priests and for fll 2 weeks i saw 4-5 warriors only, and 1 time i saw Big mage, and also couple hunters, THATS FREAKIG ALL, how this is 15% dragon druid statistic? Thats bulshit.
I'm glad I never rerolled any Tidepools with the signature because I expected something like this.
Blizzard simply won't care right now. They are too busy with The War Within, the new secret mobil/Xbox game, and new Diablo 4 expansion. Hearthstone is on the bottom of their list to care about right now unfortunately.

Please dont nerf Razzle dazzler. That card was nearly a dead card at 7. It’s fun and playable now. If Painlock can summon 2 8-8’s and a full board turn 5 I should be able to play a 6 mana summon a few 5 drops.

I don't play rogue myself, but even though they have broken cards (Sonya, Breakdance and Shadowstep, for example), the decks that come from those cards are usually very high-skill decks where decisions matter. And I prefer that over stupid combos or stupid aggro all day.
