You did a fantastic job as I watched you from start to finish! I respect your choice for not using a stocking cap. Reason being, when a person has experienced doing something that does not work, it makes sense to use what works best. That saves time and money. I can remember the earlier days of first wearing quick weaves; both long or short. By the time the stylist was done, the style looked good on me but I had on a lot of stuff on my head- a plastic shower cap, paper neck strips, and a stocking cap all on top of a head full of braids! My head would itch, sweat and smell in a matter of days after getting it done. To each his own but I'm with you 100%. I learned I really don't need all that either for quick weave. Nowadays, at home, I simply oil my scalp and use protective gel. Thanks for sharing!

Stocking caps used its not what you do but how you do it before you put on the stocking cap you're gonna make sure that you wrap the hair with either paper or tissue (yes tissue) then you put the stocking cap on make sure to get a strong cap too and put it on the head that way when you're gluing the hair it doesnt mess the hair its something that my hair stylist does and when shes done i woukd wear the wig for around two days or maybe a week then i take it off i then remove whatever was used inside the stocking cap so you'll only see the cap its pretty easy you would like it trust me my hair never ever get glued

The first 3 to 4 rows then go back down to the shorter length. Do the same at the side burns and then go back to the next length until it’s completed. I used the 1 inch guard everywhere that I tapered. I hope this helps
You might be allergic to the glue. However you can try the morning glory and just place the glue close to the edge of it but not on your skin. Make sure to get it cover good before applying the glue. Hope this helps. 💕💗

I use a plastic cap under the cap, glued, styled and the I pulled the plastic from the inside when I was done. Washing a unit that has glue will definitely cause your tracks to slide

Understandable! I’m not a wig wearer! I can’t take the feeling of it being tight on my head or the fact that I can take it off. Cause I will do just that…. Take it off if I’m irritated with it. I have made videos with wigs but I own NONE! Just my preference I don’t like them and I don’t want to risk my edges or have a permanent circle around my head. Just not for me
