Uhh, those "tattoo" stickers look really interesting! I feel the same about my handwriting; I often refrain from planning some days because I have a feeling that my writing wouldn't be good enough 😓 I hate it when I let that happen. I had to use a nipple shield with my first because she would not latch. Your obgyn should also be able to recommend a lactation consultant or call the hospital where you gave birth. With my second, she had to stay in the NICU the first two weeks and they tried to force formula because she wasn’t eating much. I had them spin my milk and it came out calorically denser than the formula. There’s no none zero shame in formula feeding…just as long as you’re both thriving.

Hey mama!!! If you can, try to find a lactation group in your area through La leche league!! They are run by a lactation specialist who can help as well as getting tips and support from other moms ❤️ if there are none near you, try to find a lactation consultant or even a midwife etc who can evaluate the issues you guys are having and help correct the latch or whatever the case may be ❤ sending you love!!
