I’m watching some of your old videos while your Mac is out of action. The feeling on that Monday morning when you didn’t have to go to school must have been fabulous. I’m sure you must have been pinching yourself to make sure it wasn’t a dream. Priceless!
So true Jill- we don't miss that Sunday night feeling and we cannot believe how much it consumed us when we were in work...without us actually realising it! The only issue now is remembering what day it is😂 Thanks for the comment👍
Hello, I'm glad i found you as we are off to France at the end of August and your videos are very helpful. We also plan to tour Europe for three months next spring. In this video you mention your Wild Guide, looking on the website there are a few that cover France, what particular one are you using on this trip please?
Hi we used the wild guide to the french alps which was fantastic with so many great suggestions of more remote places to visit. We have a link to it in our Amazon shop 😊 Enjoy your trip, France is such a wonderful country to explore 🚐
Spectacular! I’d have had to be up that mountain… Louise would have stayed at the tent making sure we didn’t get through any more than a litre of wine 😀
Now I’m not a BMW 😬…Richard you are easy to hear , Jackie I need to put my iPad up to full and still not easy to hear ….does …Jackie now have mic too ?
Yes we realised a while ago that we both needed Mics 🎤 particularly if we were filming outside so hopefully the last half of our video collection should be much better sound wise 🤣
Hi Beverley- it's the ASCI Card that is used across Europe for low season camping. Have a look here: www.campingcard.co.uk It runs for 12 months and restarts in January each year. For most campsites it offers discounts for the start and the end of the season. For example we stayed in Calais last night for €20 inc EHU. This would normally cost €36 at this time of year. Not all the savings are as great, but we definitely made our money back on our this road trip.

What else should you drink when campervanning in France but 'van de pays'?
Can’t beat a wine box and a few cold beers. Looking forward to our next trip in the summer
