The idea to use punk for cheap rerolls as well as some acceptable board strength is what sets pros apart from noobs like me. I would never in a million years thought about doing that, trully eye-opening!
With 100+ gold I don't think it's such a hard choice to sell Urgot when the main carry is Samira anyway and he's about to spend it all on an uncontested country game. I agree that in any other situation it might have been a harder choice.
@@Kexaruagree not a hard choice but really heads-up play to immediately sell and recognise that this peak is much lower with internal contract and he has money to find it, would usually just be the wrong decision but with gamestate and augments was quick thinking
I'm assuming it's because just like augments what you got previously dictates what you will get next. I don't know for sure though, he might've just looked a little bit ahead in the vod too.
if all three components drop on 1-3 theres a very good chance its a 4 or 5 component opener. I'm not entirely sure where to find specifics but just based on my own experience this tends to be the case.
I confess I have been watching your channel clips in tft format for a few seasons. Now, I just know that I am not subscribed to the channel today. Because I can't find your channel in my subscription. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I'm really sorry. And now I've subscribed.
I think a glaring and obvious draw back. Is high hp and tempo is good, but you will most likely get out capped. He had no prio on carousel and just got terrible items. Frontline is fake and cant hold up.
Why did he sell his Tahm Kench headliner and then roll for a headliner? Aren't you supposed to keep your headliners and look for a headliner so that in case you don't find any you still have your headliner?
If you don’t sell your headliner. The next headliner will appear in next 4 shop(8 gold reroll). But when you sell your headliner, headliners will appear on every shop.
Yup, it's much more gold efficient to sell your headliner and then roll for another headliner instead of just rolling with your headliner. If you can't hit your desired headliner then you can always "loan" a headliner for 1 or 2 turns while rolling for the one you want. Another somewhat related tip is to never be picky with the traits your headliner has. Headliners naturally have a small amount of bad luck protection built into them, so if you roll past a headliner you want/need you're super unlikely to hit it again.
I like how the English is twin terror but Chinese it's like "double the happiness" lol
the funny thing is im pretty sure twin terror was what the chinese translation of double trouble was called last set
chinese happiness is american nightmare HAHHAHHAHA
@@tomtom9889 Double Trouble was translated to "Good things come in pairs" in Set 9
Love this kind of vod review where you explain what a top player is doing/thinking

Yep it’s all the small little things they do better than us that separates them
Not saying I am better player, but i started doing that from the beginning of this set too.
Doesn't take a pro to see it.
Absolutely amazing video! Always a great time with Mr.Frodan!
Don't think you commented on selling headliner Urgot during the rolldown on 4-2. Seems like a huge choice

Rolling 130 gold on lvl 7 pretty much guarantees he gets Samira and she's much stronger than Urgot especially with the items he had.
if you noticed he was also holding a qyianna and sona all game to deny. even if its a little it still helps in the long run
18:10 interesting he sold sett clone for urgot3
Could someone clarify at 1:45 when he talks about how he recognized it was a 5 item opener based on the orbs?

He had already received 6 gold and 3 items with a stage left. The final stage will drop something which means 5 item opener
There were five orbs in total at that point. He got 2 champs and 3 components but other players getting 5 components is then possible
Why does everyone say moe sure

Looks like a Chinese exclusive to me.
did place 5 have TWO 3star rivens ?
His last augment gave him a duplicate of the headliner
I assume hologram
They said their wasn’t going to be any backline access units but made akali!!!! That unit is so busted
Nope. They said no assassins but we would definitely still have backline access.
Karthus, Zigs, Lux, Ezreal, Cait, they all hit that backline. It's better design the way they did it this time.
Thanks for giving me 8th! fker. I should've stayed on punk emo

Well there goes my uncontested free lp....

@@vannn3841 omggg thank you so much for the tip
Because if you do that you'll see a headliner every 8 gold instead of every 2 gold
