I don't understand why not just mute her? Are you trying to prove something to your viewers? It's not like she's gonna send a useful ping at some point.
In these situations I either mute them, or just type something just enough to get them going so they'll type themselves to a ban. Because Riot does absolutely nothing for these ping abusers.
