This is the Space Shuttle Discovery currently located on display at the Udvar-Hazy National Air & Space Museum near Dulles National Airport (IAD) in Chantilly, Virginia.

I think the cameraman got focused more on the nasa badge and American Flag than giving a proper external tour of the vehicle which was a waste.

LOL!!!!! At 1:58 is a standard jetfuel port along with standard electrical and water ports!!! LOLOL!!!!!! No wonder they put a cover over it!!!!!! This is supposed to be a Oxygen/Hydrogen rocket in the back!!!!!! Which requires it's fuel to be supercooled until the very last moment!

that is the T-0 umbilical plate, there is a mast from the launch tower that connects to one of these on either side until the boosters ignite at launch, it provides power to the shuttle and payloads up until the APU and fuel cells take over and even trickle power to payloads after until just at launch, it was actually not covered during launch since at T-0 seconds the masts connecting to it that would cover it retract, giving it the T-0 name. Also, unrelated but since your comment talks about fuel types I thought you might find it interesting, the main shuttle engines used supercooled Hydrogen and LOX as did the Fuel cells, but the maneuvering thrusters and the APU used Hydrazine so there was other fuel types on board as well
