The expression "Life begins at 40" for me is very true. And since then, back at the end of 2017 life for me has been getting better and better (despite Covid). Our girls, who came home in the summer of 2019 are doing really well and life is great! We have so much to look forward to this year and in the future. Already this year I started a new job and we'll be visiting our daughters sister and her family very soon. I have become aware that I've suffered from SAD and the fact that I'm this far through winter and this positive for yet another year us a great sign. I love your positive energy and it's easy to see your family is doing really well. Thanks for your videos and have a great year!
Thanks so much A! I'm chatting to you here and over on IG today :D Yes! I definitely think having kids and growing older is teaching me that there is no rush! Turning 30 is nothing but another year to learn and explore. So glad your family is doing well too
Love your videos, we’re in Stage 2 with approval panel in June. Your videos have been really helpful. Please ignore the negative comments you’ve had on other videos, carry on doing what you do as your content is fabulous 🥰
Lovely to see your latest video and how your day to day goes. We have recently had approval panel and are moving into family find. Find your videos so helpful thank you 😊
So lovely to see this vlog and what your day looks like!! We are in the midst of stage 2 and your content has been so helpful from the start of our journey. Would love to hear more about your decision to homeschool and what the pros have been so far. The benefits seem to outweigh the cons! I’d be interested to hear more since you’ve now done it for a few months.
I’m so excited to see a video from you! My husband and I have just entered stage 2 of the adoption process so an exciting 2022.We were the only ones there where adoption is our first choice. We love our group but it’s been so nice having your videos seeing someone in a similar position to us! Your videos have been so helpful for so many reasons even if you do talk at the speed of a wind up toy 😉😂p.s how rude are people? I can’t believe someone took the time to say that I love your reaction to it! You are super bubbly I don’t find you talk too quickly you come across super positive and kind! X
I've missed your videos. We've recently been approved and your videos have helped so much! Question though could you do a quick video on how and when you prepared their room. We've been approved 0-5 and no idea where to start and what we need to get. Loving these type of vlogs and your sit down type ones but tbh I'm just pleased to see you posting again!
Thanks so much lovely 😍 I think we started once we had approval panel booked. I'm sure we booked approval panel then started painting so there were no delays for matching 💚
Love this! I’m hoping to home Ed our 3 and 1.5 year olds. Question: did your children go to preschool in a school or a private nursery? We are thinking about sending our 3 year old to a school nursery for a couple of mornings from September but I’m worried that once we start in a school, I won’t feel I can take them out again 🙈 have a lovely week! Xx
Hey Jenny, they went to a private nursery for a couple of days a week until school age. Only because i worked for the company and loved their ethos to let the children play and to be child led...so it very much matched how i wanted to school. Like you say, a preschool closely linked to school could begin routines you may not want to follow. Though if you might follow a curriculum and replicate school at home in any sense it could be a perfect practice for them 💚
