If we are living in an era where speaking the truth and asking simple questions are inviting death threats, then not doing so is a death threat to human civilisation.
He spoke no truth and no lie either, since he said nothing besides empty statements. “A women is this, a man is that.” And he edited around the actual answers people gave them. If he were to state what he believed. That the people he spoke of were immoral, and so on, then he would still be stating empty statements, given that he proved nothing and gave no facts.

He had no skepticism coming into it, given that his views on trans people and what womanhood are already known prior to the film’s inception, and during the beginning of the film. That makes it so that he did not inquire, but provoked people instead for answers which he did not display or accept and question, were he to be making a proper documentary.

I joined Twitter after watching the movie. The scariest thing I saw on Twitter was the amount of trans profiles saying "proud parent of trans child" or even "proud parent to trans children". The odds of being trans and having a trans child are astronomical. Even more astronomical, the odds of being trans and having TWO kids that are trans. I feel so bad for those kids they're being mutilated. It's sickening.

They don't see it as harassment. They view themselves as Superman fighting evil. They view their actions and behavior as morally just and correct. They are flawed from the core out. Idk if it's the interviewees saying it but people are claiming the people interviewed were tricked because they didnt know the intent. Which I find that claim dumb since all he did was ask them questions and had them agree to open up on film the truth. They're just mad the truth made them invalid

My sister married a pretty liberal guy but she’s not buying the trans ideology at least. And hopefully someday will come around. I’m a woman-so it’s not just “weak women” falling for this. I have gender dysphoria, have suffered with it my whole life pretty much. I however was never under any illusion that a man could become a woman simply by taking hormones and having surgery, I recognized this was a cosmetic solution to a difficult issue, which in some cases can alleviate the suffering of those with this condition. To insist that we re-define what a woman is simply to accommodate the small minority of genuine cases of gender dysphoria seems a bit ass backwards to me, and doesn't seem to consider the implications on wider society at all. I do not support gender ideology or the alphabet 'community' despite being lumped in with them by some weird default.
I wish you well and hope that you have come to terms with your issue and can thrive.

It's such a shame that the documentary can't be watched by more people. Those who are already subscribed to the Daily Wire probably agree with Matt. Those who would need to watch this documentary the most, wont subscribe to the Daily Wire. I understand the business model, but in order to have a bigger impact on culture and society, there should be more ways to access the movie. I think it's a well done documentary. More people need to watch it.
I watched it, and I think it would be totally off-putting to anyone on the left. It isn't meant to change minds. It's meant to shake awake those parents who are generally conservative but think "not in my kids school", and continue to send their children into the public schools.

I’m about ten years older than Matt and have watched the almost systematic decline in our society. First was hearing my parents talking about how people have lost the art of conversation. That is a big one. Second is how kids were either raising themselves and/or rarely had any discipline or guidance from their parents/teachers. Those two were very big factors in how the younger generations are dealing with views dissimilar from their own. Next was the rise of protesters/protesting. Yes it’s been around for centuries, but I’m referring to the mentality of everyone must have a cause. Inferring that there are endless problems to deal with. Ex. save the whales, green peace etc. etc. Last was the normalization of identity politics. Combine all of these together and you are left with large groups of people with little to no self-awareness, no critical thinking skills, that can’t effectively debate their views and are utterly narcissistic and only seek out those who match their exact values to feed their affirmation demon.
My question is, do you actually know people like this, or is this something that you only see online? I don't know a single person who has these whacky thoughts outside of government and universities. We all too busy working and trying to keep a roof over our heads then worry about these degenerates.

I strongly urge that whoever makes the release decisions at Daily Wire to consider giving "What Is A Woman" a wider release. The cultural impact it has is so significant that it shouldn't stay behind a Daily Wire subscription for longer than a couple of weeks at most, that way it can be more easily shared.

It’s not the presence of trans people or their right or exist, but the idea that they are forcing their ideology onto people. I think a distinction ought to be made between a trans person’s basic civil liberties and freedoms, which are guaranteed by our constitution, and the efforts by some members of the trans community to force ideology onto people. My hope is that most conservatives understand this distinction, but my fear is that documentaries like this are driving hatred and dehumanization of all trans people and encouraging violations of their rights. For example, trans ppl have much higher rates of violent crime victimization than their percentage of the population. That’s a problem

That’s not a bad generalization of our generation, but it doesn’t hold up in each individual case, and I’d bet that the lack of a proper father figure in the case of men or mother figure in the case of women is more often the individual motive to create this new identity to cope with confusion about how to make the right choices. Collectively what you’re talking about is what allows them to take it so far, because society has adopted this “let people be whatever they want” attitude. But they are moved to be transgender out of deep pain in most cases I think.
