I know he's selfless but he's shown he wants to build a juggernaut in Tempe and not leave so reward him now or later but he has excellent contract bonuses he's already cashed in on, one bonus he literally gave to his staff. I think ASU needs to do everything to keep this coach because heat generating lots of money for ASU and also in the community and in two years he's put ASU on the map and I think they need to do everything possible to keep this guy even if he's making 10 million dollars so what look at all he's doing for this community
