In the later release of v16 the filter icon top right has changed to a magnifying glass. Does the same job though.

Is there a way to have a dynamic baseline value? for example, I have different sales goals each month. How could I have the dashboard reference the monthly goal and have it change with the filters. ie. Jan goal 450,000 (baseline), Feb goal 425,000 (baseline). Great video, thank you!

No, you need to upgrade to Odoo 16 , dashboards for Odoo 15 are in stone age
