Very nice. Just right for me. That space in the kitchen where they have the two chairs, would look better with a small table and 2 chairs, so I can have coffee ☕ bagels 🥯 while enjoying the window view. 🙂

There's power supply 24/7. Interrupted power supply happens once in a very long time and it doesn't last for morethan 20 minutes. You are sure to have power all the time.

How many apartments are in this house? What floor is this apartment located in? Was that a balcony that you could walk in to from the bedroom? How does the rent situation there work, do you have to pay in advance for lets say six months or more or is it on a month to month basis.

There are 4 Apartments in this house. 2 2 bedroom units on the ground floor and 2 3 bedroom units on the upper floor. This particular Apartment is on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms comes with a balcony. The rent situation usually depends on the property one is renting. There is no fixed criteria. Most property owners here will ask for one month security deposit and two months advance payment after which you can pay on a month to month basis. This all varies from property to property.

@@dr.paulomaka5368 Not everyone in Kigali speaks English. Kinyarwanda is the national language in Rwanda and it's the dominant and moat used language of communication in Rwanda/Kigali. It is also mostly spoken by the local people. Some people understand and speak French and English.

Hello Lucian, Rwanda is a great country. Very safe, peaceful, welcoming to non_Rwandans, a very stable sytem, little to no corruption, a functional system especially for people interested in doing business, very fast government services I could go on and on. Most of our clients who have moved from the USA and settled here love it. You can first come and visit and see things for yourself and then decide after that. There is also a lot of great and helpful information on the internet regarding Rwanda that you can look at. Wishing you all the best on your journey to finding your next home/country to live in.
