Unfortunately it is a big mess right now:-(. Scout Support teams of other countries are helping the organization onsite with improving the conditions. Some countries have delayed the arrival of their scouts by 1 day, to give the organization the chance to make necessary improvements to guard the safety of the scouts . I hope it gets better and that the scouts will have good time.
