People don’t understand how much muscle and breath control this practice requires. Amine characters has portrayed Chinese martial arts like some mystical magical powers emitted from body. This video is a masterpiece.
I understand. I'm trained. This guy is brilliant!
Actually, once you get to a certain level, you use your qi more than your muscles to hold i like a chair shelf, while it roots you into the ground and also holds you like a puppet on the top half of your body. Although, until you reach that point ít definitely is alot of work and muscle use. Lots of dedication..
@@dustinashley1065 Yeah, just need to loosening all the joints, and we can place our bones to the loosened joints
Mesmerizing beautiful...
Körperbeherschung😊😊😊❤😊😊😊
I cried watching this beautiful beautiful expression of nature flowing inside this master, in such a beautiful natural harmonious setting. Thank you!
Its absolutely beautiful.
Im going to learn this! I honestly feel so much calmer just watching it, I can only imagine the benefits of doing this everyday.
the stillness of the master on the hill in the background is astonishing 😉
Y
Good eye, you know what that means though right smh......because I sure in the hell don't, but the background is definitely fake. Y though?
@@balpsalmkomet4678 it’s not a background. Within the first minute of the video you will see some people with a red umbrella walking by
I've been to some of the temples at Wudang...there are statues in the woods of martial artists in various poses, painted to look realistic. That's probably what you see in the background.

When time stood still. One of the longest most enjoyable 7 mins of my life.
I imagine the first person to ever do Tai Chi had been doing a repetitive form or work for some time, maybe weaving or tailoring, and took the motion out of their work and realized it was an expression of inner stillness.
In 2005 I got to visit this school on a training tour, 3 1/2 days training here. This is the form they was teaching us. I am happy to have found this video of it. Chang San-feng linage.
The harmony of the movement, the balanced stances and geometry of this form goes beyond perfection!
He shows a tremendous focus on execution of form. I am going to work on that.
@Walter McDonald Keep practicing. You will become more and more perfect. I am going on four yrs. of practicing wing chun. It is trial and error over and over. Over the yrs. I get better and better. I am able to do what I want with more and more precision over time. It's truly amazing to me that it can take so much time to become proficient at many arts. Even the Chinese say that it can take yrs. of practice. Even a lifetime in some instances. That is the beauty of an art whether it is self defense, sculpting, art, and so on
Wunderschön ❤️ das einzig wahre Tai Chi. Authentisch bis in seine Wurzeln. Danke für dieses Meisterwerk.☯️🙏☯️
Breathtakingly beautiful, thank you. I am so grateful for a chance to witness this graceful flow with such beautiful music.🙏☀️🕊
Could not get my eyes from his movements. So calming.
Superb performance, so gentle yet so energetic wonderful, that's the power of Tai chi.
Tai Chi is the essence of your being in harmony with the subtle forces of nature.
Beautiful!
Tai Chi enables us to
re-establish a connection of
the mind with the body. The slow movements allow our focus to follow and direct the positioning of our hands and feet. Through this connection we gain greater balance and co-ordination, and our nervous system improves as we develop an awareness of our body. 😐
An inspiring demostration.
Teaching without speaking.
I know nothing about martial arts, but his movements looked soft and smooth like silk but all of it seemed so steady like weighted down by heavy stones. It must take a lot of strong core strength to have such control.
The control, the seamless, gentle yet strong powerful slow motion movement is out of this world and all that in perfect synchronisation with the wonderful mystical and haunting music 🙏
when I breathe i feel happiness 😊 when i do meditation happiness follow with my breathing and love follow with the happiness and then the love covers all my body! i hope everybody feel like this...
It would be amazing if I could like this 10,000 times…or more. Thank you, beautiful beyond words.
Elegance, grace and power. Poetry in motion
That was just amazingly graceful the movements flowed I thoroughly enjoyed watching this :)
Beautiful, the background, the music, the incredibly flowing movements, and the man!
What a flow into this. Like water, beautiful to watch and would be even better to practice it.
Everyone talking about how impressive and beautiful Tai Chi is. I just wanna animate this guy water bending
This master made tai chi so special to me, he is great, thanks
I am studying day by day as I see everyone doing ,sincerely.
I haven't seen anything like him before, all the best from a 96 years old.
96? Wow! A true veteran of times! Respect to you good sir! Wish you all the best.
Tai chi is great for all and health!
All the best to you sir
Are you sure if his 96years old??
wow that's almost a century worth of living! You sir are awesome :D
@@sylvierenee3104 I am 96 years old.
Excellent performance !
I will probably never learn 108 but I'm determined to learn the 28 as soon as possible !
It contains all the essence of 108 (not only it) and it is short enough so that it can be practiced on daily basis even for western people like me....
I practice this Tai chi form🙏🙏🙏
Great video. Such skill and beauty in the Tai Chi, the music is great, and the outdoor setting is perfect. I love Wudang style, but enjoy others also.
Spellbinding. Such grace and skill.

Very well done! You're my favorite Wudang performer. Good Job!
This is beautiful!! I wish I could do it! Is very fascinating knowing all the benefits this art can bring not only to our bodies, also to our mind and inner self. Piece and harmony with life as we know it.
This is so so beautiful. This setting must be thousands of yrs. old

Absolutely beautiful. A truly inspiring video, thank you.
Beautifully done! I would love to learn this style of Tai Chi in the future! I see several movements similar to the Yang Style though different in terms of how they are performed! Thank you for this inspiring video!
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your knowledge! 🙏
Beautiful form. That area seems like the perfect place to escape this world.
Even when you see these settings in their paintings they seem like that. I always felt that way too.
If it weren't for that bus and that person with an umbrella passing through the landscape, I wouldn't even realize that it wasn't in slow motion. Amazing performance!
This form appears to have a lot more water energy in it. The reason I say that is because if you look at the wudang snake form, it has very similar vertical spiraling movements The culminate in energy feeding out to the extremities. The fact that he's doing it after it has rained made also confirm that idea.
Which snake form you mean, if I may learn?
Kasumi Fu I had the snake form that is part of 5 animals
@@arlieferguson3990 From Tai Yi Wu Xing Qi Gong or Wu Xing Qi Gong, perchance? May I learn who taught you?
Kasumi Fu This demonstration is an example. But really I'm only mentioning it because it shows how the energy flows. I think that the best teacher you can have is the Qi itself. Until you start to feel Qi it won't be truly what it should be. When you do the exercise is the most important thing is to let the Qi flow. There isn't really any secret to it apart from discovering Qi. Once you have done that you can begin to feel how the exercises are supposed to flow by feeling how the energy flows inside of you. This is just my own personal experience

@@arlieferguson3990 Thank you for your time.
His execution is yin and yang in perfect harmony
Wow, I think no one has commented about the guy in blue, at the very back of the video, that qigong position feels soooo powerfulll
love the flow👌
awesome set
The most relaxing video on RUclips. As much as Tai Chi is the most relaxing thing in the world only practitioners truly understand
Many people see something like this and they immediately think of martial or yogic practice. What I see is Taoist spirituality and wisdom expressed in motion.
I have been fascinated by this art. I will learn from this video. Beautiful! 🙏
Great.
There is something very beautiful in the graceful movements and the seamless transition in moves, absolutely perfect!!
Thank you for sharing your mastery of this beautiful art form ❤☯️
Very nice form. Beautifully performed. Bravo!
wow no words can describe what i just watched.
Merveilleuse Maitrise et Harmonieuse ! C'est un véritable régal , admirative avec émotion ! Quel enseignement !

I am a Tai Chi Instructor. My students would like to learn the Wudang 24 form. I have watched many RUclips videos to research Wudang. This Master exemplifies TaiChi. It would be an honor to study with one such he! Until then, this video will be a valuable tool.
You may visit the RUclips user: Wudang Academy. You will find a link, that gives the list of all released Wudang Forms. The traditional Tai Chi forms are the following: Tai Yi, Form 28, Form 13, Tai He, Form 48 and Form 108. Other forms mentioned as Wudang Tai Chi are fictional ( Form 36, Form 64 Laoyao, The Swimming Dragon...) they are made up recently by Wudang masters.
BEAUTIFUL! AWSOME!
Dancing with the Dragon of the Mountain - just breathtaking

Beautiful 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯
Solo observando la perfección del movimiento corporal y el rostro lleno de Paz me inspira profundamente, mas la música y el paisaje de fondo, todo un cuadro de enseñanza espiritual. Gracias!
why would this art piece have dislikes?
They're all Buddhists😄😅😄😅😅😅😅😅😅😄😅😅
Because it's a movie set.
It's interesting that the first martial arts started in India and were taken into China by Indian people but China has always been more recognized as the founder of martial arts. The Chinese though, did blend it deep into their culture for many centuries, therefore it's no surprise.
