Geez, what are the chances that both Christina and Selma Blair would develop MS? They starred together in The Sweetest Thing and are two of the funniest women in Hollywood. Christina has also battled breast cancer. Life can be so incredibly unfair. So happy to see her get this star. She is awesome.
MS is so unpredictable, and it’s especially terrible in the beginning. I pray that her disease course will improve. I’ve had MS for 23 years. It’s a journey for sure.

I could laugh and enjoy the show and not think of my position at that time! Even money troubles I could laugh at as I was in dire straights in money! I’ll never forget Peggy sayin, “Peggy, the creditors say their coming and taking all our stuff!” YOU LAUGHED SO HARD! Hahaha Peggy and Al start laughing so hard. “Yeah, Al, we have nothing to get!” And everyone was cracking up including me! I didn’t have anything but one son and husband. Money was none! We sacrificed everything for our son. The night I watched this episode I had cried and prayed all day long then this show comes on. I laughed so hard! It brought me back to living again! THANK YOU

When that presenter bullied Christina Applegate off of the podium in order to steal the mic my jaw hit the ground. Christina very obviously has mobility issues and was using the podium as support. This lady is beyond oblivious to anything other than herself.
That whole thing was so painfully awkward, unbelievable she couldn’t just go with the flow, but made Christina move back and forth and stand longer than she needed to. That, plus butchering all the names! Damn…very unprofessional
Those folks that put the event together must be more cognizant of her disability. They should of had a chair for Christina from the start. Or perhaps Christina opted not to have a chair....but they still need to understand her medical condition a bit more.
