Following up on his last two technical achievements, we set Wethepeople's Dan Banks (not on acid) loose with their genius new Hybrid Hub and got him to take us through the process of switching it from freecoaster to cassette. Just remember... "spread the boing".

I have this hybrid hub and can't seem to get the cone nut off inorder to adjust the slack. Need help

hello, I have the hybrid fc hub, and it creaks sometimes when pedaling or returning the fakie, I'm afraid something will happen to it. Other than that, I tried to adjust it to make it looser and to be able to do crankflips and in fc mode it worked for me but it turns slowly and ends up releasing the driver cone, and now when I tighten it a little it is too tight even for pedaling, in cs mode it's slow just the same, you can't throw cranckflips, they should improve that, now I can't fix it so that it's normal, neither too loose nor too tight, any suggestions? I've had my mace for more than a month and the sounds it makes and what driver tight they make me dissatisfied with the hub

@@4Azr yeah I remember they didn’t stick around for very long. I had a buddy who used to ride for them.

@@mattlenarz9844 Also polish brand dart bmx made their hub with same patent, but the company it self is known for bad quality parts. What is more interesting that apparently Salt (owned by wtp) released hub called 'trapez' based on the same system but I guess it wasnt popular
