Yes, we agree with this, it is slowly gaining recognition with multiple athletes racing international across all formats, Road, Track and MTB. it will for sure reach greater heights in the future.
@@prathaps848 this can be done by talking to the district magistrate and blocking a road for some duration. These events should be done carefully man. One minor incident can cause havoc here
the video has too much wind noise. You guys should have cut out the wind noise during mixing or if that video guy had some experience he should have muted the audio. looks Looks amateurish in its present form
It's the effort that matters. Folks like trailblazers and others try to make cycling a big sport in India to the best of their abilities. If you want "professional" race highlights you should probably check TDF or giro my guy.
Sure, we will cut down the noise, actually the race itself is a challenge against the wind, so it was left as it is to represent the actual purest form of raw racing.
Stop calling riders "some random guy" just because they're not part of your clique. At least he started the race, and then made an attempt to attack, so chill out with the exclusionary language.
I am from Bangalore. ANyone know local races I can participate and how do I find the info? Of course I want low km stuff. Not trained to do these kinds of distances
@@trailblazersracing3832 Bro are you kidding me ? 965m elevation gain with 39km/h avg..not possible. ..what is the starting lowest and highest elevation ? also what is the highest grade they did while climbing ?
@@VishgraphyOk, I checked strava log of one of the racer, elevation gain is 905 metres, max elevation is 923 and min is around 870. With this much distance, you can usually get 500 metres of elevation gain due to over passes. His average speed was 37.3 and completion time was 04 hours 24 minutes.Very nice and encouraging effort with this much of vehicular traffic.🎉
This sports needs separate infrastructure. You cant play cricket, volleyball everywhere. Similarly, you can NOT race 50-100 bikes on highway. Its unsafe for both bicyclist and drivers. Traffic police should ban this and declare this illegal on highways.
All the negative comments i see here is unsafe and all . I do granfondo in italy and spain . You guys have no idea how fast and deadly truckers are. Atleast people are there with you on bike. Motivates you. Go to europe or south America and see for yourself.
Indian road is not for cyclist and cycling sports. The Indian government does not want people here to ride bicycles. If everyone rides a bicycle then who will buy the petrol? I'M ALSO A CYCLIST 🚲
very good footage!

Great work guys! We cyclists have to make cycling as a sport popular in India!

hard to watch with so much drafting behind motos.
Pee break in the middle of race 😮😅
Yes, 160 Kms is too long, you need to hydrate more, refuel and also need a pee break in between and rejoin to the peloton with all the efforts.
