This video was even better than the last one! I didn't realize how beautiful your home is, it is one of the nicest one's I've seen because it has everything I would want. Great to include the kids and see how free they are compared to the West. If they were that far up a tree here their would be multiple 911 calls. So good to see what they would have looked like!
Great way to spend Saturdays (6 of them a week is even better!)...Love the place, I remember when you were making brick...Long ago now! @@ItsMe_Philippines Hmmmmm...It's a lot like Las Vegas without the gambling... Also a little bit like Chicago without the weapons and crime (there are some bad apples and events but minimal)... Greetings Cory and Rachel. 12,000 views in 10 hours! Great channel/content - just super adorable couple!!!!! Your house has become an absolutely lovely home! 100% agree loose the chickens and loud roosters!!! I noticed some settling cracks inside, that's pretty common with new construction. Here people will often build in a cost for spackle repair and painting 2 years post moving in. I noticed the powder coating of aluminum railings have deteriorated really soon after installation - that sucks! Why? Big job prepping and re-painting as you have so many! That you have pulled off this build for 80K still blows my mind! Even adding a 25% GC cost for your involvement is only 100k. The size and quality of home, outdoor living space, gym, pool and landscaping.... all just fabulous! Great idea permanent pool shade. I've been looking at home prices around Davao city and way more $ and way less home than you have but being close to city is important for me. Your father-in-law must have been huge help with hiring right contractors with majority of initial build anyway done while you were still in US. You and Rachel have put alot of TLC into your lovely home. Not that you have any plans of selling, but for informative reasons, as is now, what would a home like yours be listed for out in province, and also if in suburbs of I guess Dumagetti?

To keep the algae away, without having to clean it all the time. Is to purchase a solid copper tube, the thickness of a can, and the length of three cans. By doing so, you want have to clean your pool for years. Just clean the copper tube. Even if you buy copper and make a mold to create one, once you have it put it in where the water filters our or put it in the pool

What about a pergola over the pool with some vines? You could grow grapes or something and get shade! This helps keep any grass or bushes underneath in a better temp range for growth as well, partial shade is actually great for a lot of species

I hope I can reproduce a 10th of what you have going on!!!
My dream is a one level house with a swimming pool and garden. With a huge carport and outdoor sitting area. With half of my Weber Grill collection on the back porch near the pool. Dreaming is the first step!!!
Finding the area that I want to live out the duration of my retirement, and then a honest, cute little Filipina to share with💕 hopefully I can find a gal with a sense of humor like you found!
You got a gem there she’s so funny!!
Take care I was looking forward to your next video!!!
Thank you my friend
Love your gym set up in the back !
Thank you
Looks like a nice relaxing 😎 Saturday!
Always!
I see why you're a happy man, Corey 👍
Would be interesting to see a video about how you set your life up for this, tell the story about the journey to get here.
Thought about it, but I have a feeling it would be a long video. Just don’t feel as if it’s something I could lay out in 10 to 15 minutes.
Your hair seems to be coming in pretty good 👍
Thank you, it will take a while to really see the results
A great video, thank you for sharing your day with us.
Glad you enjoyed it
What about a pergola over the pool with some vines? You could grow grapes or something and get shade! This helps keep any grass or bushes underneath in a better temp range for growth as well, partial shade is actually great for a lot of species
Noooo to many leaves and bugs for over the pool.
@@ItsMe_Philippines good point, maybe over the chicken area instead
Awesome video, kudos to you! keep enjoying your saturdays that's what life is all about diba!!
Thank you!
Great quality time there! 2 years left before I can quit the army and do the same as you! Thank you for sharing it, it’s a great daily motivation 😊! Enjoy and ingat!
My brother and father were/are Army so you're always welcome here my friend!

Tracy not show up on Saturdays?😊😊😊 I am sure your health is affected by such high stresses!
No Tracy in the Philippines! She will be back in May however lol
Kids are awesome ! I like vloggers' kids, family, and party content. I would like more cooking, food, market content. But yeah... I get that 30 minutes of vegetables doesn't get a lot of clicks🙂
true lol
I haven't watched your channel in a while, but wow brother you have gotten huge, keep it up,looking good .
lol thanks but I’ve actually lost weight being here so I just look more tone
At first I'm like dang, Corey has eye bags bigger than his biceps, then 2 minutes later he brings his wife a drink and we discover on the night stand what's been keeping him up all night long. Women, they can never let a man get a good night sleep... lol
I'm just a piece of meat 😢
You feel bad for me right? lol
It's always refreshing to see you guys.
Thank you!
Your house REALLY turned out nice. BRAVO…..!
Thank you!
