1) it was on April Fools
2) it's OT was PKHeX
3)I saw it on one of Jason's streams
4) It's level 100
5)The Ability changed
6)It has a Life Orb

Well was tryingto make it seem when you did this it changes to the "Event" meaning all of it changes lol. But the Ability is what Mega Rayquaza has All i did was make it into its mega form permanently

I know it's a joke, but you did a good job on the recoloring! I would rather have this as the shiny coloring then the normal shiny Mega Rayquzza, Gamefreak should have you help with shinines, this Rayquzza is amazing.

It was pretty neat. But I feel I should point out some flaws.
1. Rayquaza was in a different format
2. Different move set
3. Different Level
4. Different Stats
Not trying to be picky, but I hope this helps in the future.

Besides the upload date and that the OT was PKheX, the change in graphic texture also gave it away, not to mention some of the expressions you made in the video, but all in all, nice April Fool's day video Hydros :) (Hopefully I can battle you one day to test out my team's strength and coordination)
This color for Rayquaza is dope. would prefer it over the actual shiny we have. Game freak needs to change the colors of the shiny now.

EDIT: ACH you completely remade the entire last part from scratch with CGI effects how did you even do that? wow. I can tell because before pokemon bank rayquaza had lower resolution like he would normally and he had outlines.
No it wasnt CGI, the Pokebank stuff was actually me using my 2DS Capture Card so thats why it had outlines and looked lower resolution, when you see the cleaner 3D Graphics, its using the emulator Citra that makes the resolution higher and better without outlines. So never used any CGI just basically using 2 different systems in a sense
