- Rushing is now OP in Clash of Clans! The Town Hall 16 Update brought a ton of changes to Coc. One change that was a little under the radar was changes to the Hero and Power Potion. These potions now completely Max your heroes and troops to the max level allowed by your Town Hall. Does this encourage players to rush now?

I wish for both power potion and hero potion cap at 7 exactly, just enough so I can attack at CWL with full offense power for 1 week

@@TC-uh2xf you can get 7, you have 3 weeks to buy 4/5 potions, and 3/2 on the week of cwl, but I agree it should be seven for convenience's sake

Unpopular opinion : Hero potion change was the best part of the update for all non-maxed out players.

@@bruv718 previously hero potions only used to give you 5 additional levels on heroes, but now they max them out for your town hall level.
It was the worst for me, mismatched rushed bozos keep three starring all our bases in war

I have a rushed account purely to benefit my main account and its great i just request troops switch accounts donate to myself (and the troops im donating are max level i can receive dont worry) and switch back it only takes about 30 seconds and ive got infinite reinforcements lol 😅
I just saw that hero change it shocked me on my rushed 12 to see my heroes go to 65 😂
The potion now helps me to see how many levels I have to go for my hero’s in my town hall without having to search it up

Rushing is very fun if you focus on your main farming and war heroes and spell . I usually focus on heroes, walls and most important defense. I usually keep one builder free for wall upgrade, one on traps and all builders in upgrading heroes and one in upgrading main defense.
Walls is the most useless thing if you rush

@@ok-nz7mt I don't attack with sneaky gobs, I do dragon spam, so sometimes I get 1million elixir but only 5-6k dark. Also I keep all 3-4 heroes upgrading so.....

With the Hero Potion rework,the Raid Medal shop become more important for CWL,150 medal for Hero Potion for attacking in CWL is pretty good
But we can only use it for 3 or maximum 5days
@@a.svicki815 you can time it for maximum usage,by attacking at last 30minute of CWL war,and attacking the next war with remaining time,you can settle CWL with 3 or less potion.
If you are not the main CWL rooster ,you can opt out once you get 8* and can work out on hero upgrade after that

Even if you are required to participate in full 7 days of CWL,you can boost 1 potion per war and refilled the potion at trade for remaining 2 cwl match.
Just stock up early

The thing is that power potions won't replace research and training potions for priority for me because heros and lab stuff are always behind and always higher priority. I'll get my power and hero potions at random as usual. No rushing!

Great video! Little tip - use balloons before you use the Edrags, they will soak up the traps if there are any and help the drags power through the base itself
actually no kind of a misconception you want the drags to soak in the hits from the defenses and then the balloons just kinda sneak from behind and still activate any traps that aren’t directly on the outside because they can get farther then too. Also when using the warden ability immediately like that it also makes sense to go edrags first cause u want as many balloons to survive as possible under the ability
strats are dependent but I switched over to drags first recently
@@abels1736except if you send the balloons first if there’s any seeking air mines it goes to waste taking out a single balloon, opposed to massive damage to an e drag

i went to th15 with th13 defenses and it worked great for wars. i might take everything to th14 level when i jump up to th16

I personally don’t think it is broken. Yes in war you have maxed offense but you will get matched with other people with the same strength and it is fair. For a free to play player you can get 3 potions and if you war all the time you will need 3,5 potions a week so not all the wars.
In cwl is it not unfair, because you get matched with other clans in your league and yes you can basically easy 3-star a th15 as a rushed th 16 with the offense but the other th15 will super easy 3-star you cause you will most likely won’t have max defense cause your rushed.
I like the change cause I run cwl with me and 2 other friend (I play 10 in cwl every month) and if they revert it I understand, but just wanted to type this so you can have a different view on it and upgrading heroes is still one of the best things you can do.
Hope supercell has the same thought as you so they don’t nerf or change it

Isnt it pretty OP im cwl, because U get matched with people in ur Same League for example gold 1. And it doesnt have to Do with what townhall U got IT only has to Do with Ur League and now i have th16 Attack which will Always 3 Star enemys best Player and then everyone in ur Clan can Attack one Position lower which makes IT easier for them to get a 3 Star.

Honestly, I don't know if I like this update or not since I'm farming defensive wins. I'm currently sitting at 853 trophies as an almost maxed town hall 10. Thus, my opponents on defense are almost all extremely rushed, ie town hall 11 with level one heroes and defenses. I'm defending with a level 40 queen who decimated my opponents' troops and heroes before the update. But since then, I don't have the advantage that I used to have before. And, personally, I find it unfair because I spend hours to farm 200K dark elixir just to upgrade two archer queen levels with each upgrade taking up to 5 days. But, those extremely rushed and skilless players can literally use a potion to have their heroes at a higher level than mine. I bet that those players don't do anything but upgrade that town hall while I actually care about my base and still have lower level heroes than the worthless players just because of that update.

As a th13 player player I will say rushing is just awesome.....I only priortise heroes,troops,machines, spells and important buildings..
All of my heroes are maxed except BK {lvl67}

honestly, going to th15 would probably be the best to rush to because of the lack of value you get from 15->16 other than some lab value
15 is pretty much the same 16 has more valuable things ofc so i suggest if you're rushing do it right

All I have left for th12 is some hero levels, a couple dark elixir lab upgrades. Cannon and archer towers and traps and mines. Should I go to th13?
progress wise yes but some people may perceive you as rushed because cannons and arch towers make a lot of your base

I'm rushing my town hall 11 account to th 16. The moment I saw this video, I started the upgrade on that townhall. And here I was thinking how many months I'd have to take maxing heroes with strategic rushing. I'm so glad I don't have to think of that anymore. After all, rushers were and always will be a part of the game, and every type of player should get boosted in some way via updates, and it seems like SuperCell finally decided that rushing could be a legitimate way to play the game as well, especially as more and more town halls are added. Now new players who join won't have to feel intimidated by all those town hall grinds, they can choose to rush if they want to, and it would be rewarded just as well as players who decide to take the long road there. I'll be keeping my main account as it is though, for the time being (th 13).
I'm holding off on upgrading to TH16 with my rushed acc until cwl xD

That’s exactly right. Since a good bit of hero dmg/hp is tied up into abilities, the hero potion is less op for rushers than some May think
my ocd or not even that, but just general taste hates looking at a base with defenses or walls different colours then the th theme

Yo Bash so it doesn't really matter if the heroes go to your max TH level because their equipment is low level and therefore only gives them the LOW SKILLS LEVELS. You may have a lvl 60 warden but his skill will definitely NOT work like one. You lose out on many seconds for that invincibility to the point that you can't actually make it through a TH poison even with warden skill. And it's the same for the skills of every other hero. Can't snipe with RC shield because the damage is low, can't heal up more than a scatter hit cause your other gear is also low. They really did fk everyone with lower level heroes over with this update.

Max level heroes are useless if you don't upgrade their equipments...So remember to upgrade equipments..so that you get maximum of their benefit

Even if u are in legends league and u also win all your wars, it’s still gonna take u around 26 days to max one piece of equipment as a th16 😐 It’s gonna take quite some time.

Only players who've gotten a solid grasp of the game should be rushing. Ideally, you shouldn't rush until after th13. You don't wanna be the player with a shitty base. Serious clans wouldn't take you seriously anyway

It is op but if your defences are rushed it is a easy 3 star for the opponent. So if you fail once a 1 or 2 star they opponent will crush you with 3 star coz your defence is shjt.

Yeah they need to change war weight since the hero potion now is incredibly OP. Match making should be based solely on townhall level now. We gnna start having th15s with all level 1 defenses. Its going to be mini maxes all over again.
This isn't a good solution imagine as an new townhall 14 with your lab still not upgraded going against max level th14 with all heros maxed.
Edit: the power potion doesn't neew you to upgrade the lab to get the highest troop anymore.

They don't need to upgrade their lab anymore to get max level troops. Yhey can use power potions. They can stick with a level 1 laboratory, and afaik they will still go to max. They should do something but yet again most seroius clans out their doesn't want rushed bases in their clans

Honestly, I've seen people overreact about the hero potion change. Yeah, lv 95 heroes are good, but sooooooo much of their base stats were shifted onto equipment that now a lv 90 queen has the same stats that a level 45 queen did before the update, and abilities are no longer tied to level. Yeah, you get a hero with big number level, but if you're rushed, the abilities are trash and their stats are abysmal because equipment isn't boosted by the potion. There is absolutely no value to upgrading heroes right now, especially with regular clan wars being so important. This change was necessary. I would like to see a potion that boosts equipment level by x levels in the near future, but that's just me.
Bash got me contemplating slowly upgrading my th 13 to 14 then 15 and 16 to rush up and me op so i can farm loot and max fast. Big contemplation 😭

@@ClashBashing LOL I hear ya. I'd remove that recall spell and give yourself an extra rage. E-drags can be slow going so every rage can help. I usually go with 3 rages, 4 freezes, and a poison along with another rage and freeze in the CC.
