  • Chobe National Park is a magnificent wildlife haven and one of Southern Africa's top national parks. Chobe National Park is Botswana's first and most biologically rich national park. It is Botswana's third largest park, after Central Kalahari Game Reserve and Gemsbok National Park, and is situated in the country's north. The floodplains are teeming with elephants and buffalo, waterbuck, plains zebras, impalas, and puku, all of which can be seen on boat safaris.
It is an excellent location for adventure.

Thanks for the video. I am from Botswana, a little correction regarding the 'disinfection of travellers shoes'. Thisis done mainly to reduce the transmission of foot and mouth disease, which mostly affects cattle, NOT for the safety of wild animals. The beef industry is one of the key contributors to our GDP. Obviously in some cases it can be transmitted from buffalos to cattle, and vice versa, but this is mainly done to protect our cattle industry.

Excellent video. The park should use the video to attract visitors.
