Fascinating. I’ve had so many issues in recent years, and I’ve learned how important movement, stretching, strength, sleeping and pillows, etc etc can affect all of this. It’s so dynamic and challenging. Great video, and I wish fewer people would jump straight to surgery.
It can also be caused by kyphosis … forward curve from upper back up to and into the head. This forward curve requires the upper back muscles to increase in size to cope with (carry) the weight of the head which is now *not* “floating” on the shoulders but hanging forward. In women it used to be called a “widow’s hump”…. most unflattering. kyphosis is a killer problem … if anyone knows how to correct this - please share here in the comments.
This is a gift. I'm an aprn and this is incredibly helpful! Thank you!
