I think the composition is pretty good and has a great dark classical tone. On the contrary some parts need Multiband compression to tame those more subby frequences between 70-300Hz and should have been eq'd (For example 0:39). I liked the guitar tone though just try to Eq your lower frequencies more especially between 0-100 Hz and 200-400 Hz. You can also get a cleaner sound by trying to minimize the string change sound in recordings. Great thing is that you have good sense for melody and harmonization, just try to improve your mixing slightly and you will have great tracks. Also make sure that your recordings are 100% tight recorded with a metronome.
thanks for the advice! this is definitely too sub-heavy, I'm still bad at compression and getting a good bass tone without bringing up the low 100s range
