Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

I have just found the app and ordered 2 bags to pick up this evening, 1 from a supermarket and 1 from a Bakery. Paid €6.98 in total. First time doing this.

Update: Aldi cancelled both bags - 5 minutes before pick up, which I was absolutely gutted about. Unfortunately there isn’t much choice on the app based on where I am and not really see the point of driving miles and miles.

I went to Aldi last night and got 2x £3.30 boxes after watching a few vids about them. They were rubbish. I got three small loaves of bread and FOUR punnets of mushrooms . along with other loose random vegetables and 3 bananas (I dont like bananas) in EACH box. I did get one pack of yum yums in each box which was the highlight. One of the boxes selection of loose vegetables had MORE loose mushrooms. I know they refer to them as "magic bags" but was not expecting 'magic mushrooms'!. Suffice to say I wont bother doing Aldi again. Shame though as I have seen some good hauls on youtube. So EIGHT punnets of mushrooms + more loose ones - mushrooms on toast it is then. (If I have to spend hours making mushroom soup it defeats the point of the savings). Having to go collect them at 9.25pm is also a royal pain. Will stick to Greggs I think as they have never let me down.
Ah that's such a shame! I'm sorry you got rubbish boxes. That is the catch with these bags / boxes. You don't have a say in what you get so sometimes you do get a dud xx

We definitely did! Technically my mat leave ends in January but it’s all a bit up in the air at the moment xx
Such a great couple of boxes! Do you have food banks? I’m kind of wondering if foods that go to food banks in my country get put in magic boxes in your country? I would buy these every week if they are in my area.
We do have food banks yes, in fact most supermarkets have baskets behind the checkout that you can pop things in as you do your own shopping 😊 where my parents live they have a great scheme where food that’s not sold gets sent to the prison kitchen and the inmates doing training cook meals that then get sent to the local food bank (they live on a fairly small island so it’s all quite circular) xx
I feel when you say that they sometimes give you food that had expired, you should probably stress that means 'best before' not past 'use by' and it's illegal to give/sell past use by and Aldi.might get upset by the misinformation.

@@mumthingsyeah expired is definitely the wrong word lol. Tbh nearly all good is fine after the use by date anyway although I wouldn’t try your luck with chicken or pork. But for things like fruit or veg as long as it looks and smells fine iv never had an issue eating them more than a week pst it’s use by date

They are really nice and aren’t to hard to make just make sure to only use your finger tips when putting the butter into the pastry you don’t want it to melt

I think Claire said there is an app that you can order them on. You'd have to download the app onto your phone.
Yup correct 😊 I the app is called Too Good To Go and you just download it and search by your local area. Shops put bags up at different times of day so it’s pot luck what you find xx

A lot of plastic? Are you going to the people responsible for these horrible paper straws that don't work that fast food places are now giving us? I was telling my friend who's a manager at one of them that the people whining and crying about it don't even probably go to fast food restaurants.
I try and reduce single use plastic where I can 🤷♀️ and yes I’m one of the weirdos that carries metal straws about
@@mumthings I have no issue with that I just have an issue when you push your views on to other people. Now we've got to deal with paper straws that don't even work. I actually bought a bunch of plastic straws and I throw them on the ground afterwards just for the heck of it. I get it if you want to reduce single use plastics for yourself. I would actually beg you to react on video to the George Carlin comedy bit called save the planet.
