Bad idea, doing this, you will destroy the motor. Using another metal as a brush will grind the rotor and destroy the whole motor. You better make another pin to fix a small piece of graphen on it

It is cheap and easy to replace carbon brushes than to replace commutator that is why carbon brushes are used. Metal brush will spoil commutator quickly.
