I see a lot of comments from moms as I scroll through them. I lost my mom to cancer in February of 2019, just two months after I met my wife Becky. We got married this past year in August of 2022, and I know she was there with us. The first time I heard this song was when my wife sent it to me and it brings tears to my eyes and memories of my mom every time I hear it. So to the all the moms commenting, thank you for showing the love for your sons.

This is the first time I've heard this song. I will never get that last dance with my son! I lost him on May 26, 2020. And this brought me to my knees! I still listened to it more than once and saved it to my son's song list! He would have definitely chosen this for the mother and son dance at his wedding! He was 28 when I found him deceased!

My only son got married yesterday. 2 days before the wedding, he asked me for a mother and son song for the wedding and I just started bawling! I picked this song and on the reception, I was a mess! Lol! This song makes me cry everytime I listen to it! And yes, he's a mama's boy but he's proud of it!

This is my son and his future wife's first dance as it makes more sense then having him dance with me to it...I love how it speaks about both his new wife and his mother and stating he would like to have the next dance for him and his mom. I would NOT want to dance with my son to this song as he says Baby here we are white dress and a black tux...and first night with the same last name is not speaking about him and his mother. I cried when my soon to be DIL sent this to me as she loves how it references the wife and mother. All you Men out there always remember to be kind to your momma's. I have 2 young men and they will both always be my babies!

My son married 5/11/24 … the BEST day for him, her & me!! I had him at 41 and smelled the roses all the way! I miss him being little. I just want to hold him in my lap again!!😢 I am oxygen dependent now and this is the song we danced to at the wedding and there was not a dry eye in the house. This is the first time I've heard this song. I will never get that last dance with my son! I lost him on May 26, 2020. And this brought me to my knees! I still listened to it more than once and saved it to my son's song list! He would have definitely chosen this for the mother and son dance at his wedding! He was 28 when I found him deceased!

I've gotten stronger, and the doctors are all amazed by my recovery the most special thing to my son and I want to have a special recording of your song because Can she have this dance but the greatest thing would be for you to come to the wedding.
