I’ll never make cheese but I certainly appreciate how unbelievably delicious and nourishing this cheese must be. I drooled over the cream which made me think of the naturally soured cream we ate with bread as kids when we had cows. I love this video and believe that Rita is the most accomplished woman I’ve ever come across and I’m 71 and have known some very accomplished women. Rita 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I feel your excitement! And what a beautifully detailed and well explained process. i can't get Colostrum milk but I can get the real deal milk. Still waiting for my mold to get here. Do you think those white cotton tea towels from Walmart would work in place of cheesecloth or should I get some tightly woven cheesecloth? Thank-you so much! I am sure you enjoyed that cheese!😋
I am not too sure which cotton tea towels at walmart your specifically looking at but a fine woven tea cloth will work. I used tea towels years ago when I first started making cheese. It does work but I do like the cheesecloth because it cleans easier, drys out faster, and is lighter in weight when wet.
