Hello - yes, you can change the quality of the export on the SHARE panel - use the dropdown to select different specs / a smaller file size upon export.

Yes, Painting Creator is available in the 2018 version. It was updated in the 2019 version, so it may look a bit different!

In my opinion the software has a very nice UI! And the functions are really nice too! The software is just too expensive, or there is no trial version without a subscription! I think that's very sad!
