remember being in one of these houses long ago to do some minor repair. the house wasnt even half the house my aunt/uncle had in orange county but when they passed they got less than 2mil and based on this tour that trousdale house must be 10x the value at least.
When I was a kid in the 70s my grandparents had a house on coldwater right on border of La and BH , they had friends on Hillcrest and we'd drive out there and we'd see Elvis on his motorcycle he lived at 1174 and my parents loved him and we thought he just wasn't cool rocker, I guess now 1174 is real expensive now
I just left a comment about him growing up in TN with one of his band members close to my family it was cool to see a home he went to get away from Graceland. They started offering it for lease at I think 35k a month but now a company has a long term lease on it.

There are homes ranging from 800k-2 million that are extremely nice... So if your dream is to live there it's doable with very hard work. On realtor.com there are so many lower priced homes in Beverly Hills. Lots and lots between 1-3 mill.
I love the way he so calmly and casually mentions that a one-acre lot easily sells for well over thirty million dollars as if to say doesn't EVERYONE pay thirty million dollars for a lot? He is a walking history book about all the incredible homes and the famous owners in Beverly Hills. I dare not even think of what his own home must look like.
Hello Christopher! I am Ginny Bedi from India. I simply love your videos. ...sitting here in India i enjoy all the excellent drives and see fabulous places .One day i will surely buy a luxury home in Beverly Hills and hire your services!

Since your great video, I believe the prices have increased per Zillow at like 5%. Thanks for showing like where the people live that have those awesome views.

@@Christophechoo I just finished watching your Mapleton Dr. video looked up at the bell saw a 1 clicked on it and it was you. I could not believe it. That made me laugh. And, I am the 3000 Like on that video too! That gave me another laugh. Thank You, Jeff
Love your videos, Christophe. Just wondering if any of your videos contain the street the Owlwood (sp?) Mansion (formerly owned by Tony Curtis, Sonny & Cher, etc.) is located? Also, I'm just curious ... in these high-end neighborhoods, why so many cars are parked on the street? It's as though they clog of the small residential streets.
They published a book recently on the trousdale estates .. well more like a picture book. But they have a lot of mid-century homes out there I guess...
Didn't they trashed the Danny Thomas estate recently people were upset by it like vintage LA.unless I'm wrong they ripped up his house or something and he had nice colorful gates in the front of his house or something people liked his house...
funny that the opus price already dropped but the makowsky 250 million home didnt drop yet. i think many of the developers interpreted the market wrong and none of these homes will sell for the original price as long as the market stays the way it is being flooded with new properties. the wisest thing to do would be buying a plot and then building a home. best plot right now would be 800 stradella
I know somebody who won, and they are doing two unique things; (1) they are not telling anybody outside of their own personal circle about winning, and (2) they aren't spending any of it.
I think she just wondered why you didn't mention the house since you passed it twice. He was The King, Christophe... I grew up on Hillcrest, and miss it every day.
One house you miss out is 1174 directly across the road from opus is the house that elvis Presley owned in beverly hills and is in SUSPICIOUS minds music video
The house that you stoped in front of ( with the glass fence/ wall. Right across the street is the home that Elvis and Priccilla Presley owned back in the late 1960's at 1174 Hillcrest Drive He bought it for $400.000 and it sold in 2016 in the Millions. What I wanted to ask you is did a Famous Hollywood Star die or was Murdered in that house. I had heard that it was Groucho Marx but I don't believe that was correct. ty 😊
Thanks for your video tours Chris 👍🏽 I just spent 4 months there I was all over BH. You forgot to mention that across from the Minecraft guys house at 1174 N Hillcrest is Elvis’ old home. Priscilla lived there until about 2000. They were working and just about to put it on the market when I rode by. Originally for sale but a company leased it. Beautiful area my fav in all of LA really. Greystone Park is nice just down the street. Michael Jackson leased one on Carolwood that’s where he died. Celebs on every street in Trousdale Estates.
Thank you so much for your kind compliment, I really appreciate it! If you have not done so, please subscribe to my RUclips by clicking here ruclips.net/user/christophechoo
not really, if you win alone and a high sum even if you take the one time payment its affordable. right now if id play megamillions via lottoland and win i think opus wouldnt be too much
Incredibly over priced real estate considering that it's located right in the middle of the San Andreas fault, and horrible contaminated smog, I would not live there if they pay me!
Love these type of video's. Thanks.

Hello Christophe. I’m French and i like very much to visit LA with you. Can you do the same at Brentwood or Pacific Palissade?Thank you for that.
We will see you soon ❤

It is a private street and I have been there many times but videos were not allowed.
Thanks for responding, Christophe. What about Summit Dr. ... I know it's in B.H., but is it in any of your uploads that you recall?
Are the bird streets the only area with "jetliner" views in LA or are there are areas/neighborhoods that do as well?
Bel Air, Hollywood Hills and Malibu hills also have some JL views
Donny Tucker not at all, Beverly Hills Post office, Bel Air and other areas have it too.
You are very knowledgeable:)
Thank you!
I think having infinite money would make finding a property even more difficult because you would have so many options to choose from.
One would think so however the hardest thing is finding the right house and location.
Hol by hills North faring road please

Wow bizarre turnover 3 times that house sold! But hey I imagined you enjoyed that gift Christophe. Some houses stay up on the MLS for years.

Tour of the streets
I know somebody who won, and they are doing two unique things; (1) they are not telling anybody outside of their own personal circle about winning, and (2) they aren't spending any of it.
Isn't Bruce Makowski building that new house a couple doors down from Opus?
not sure if its by makosky but its on palumbo design and shubin donaldson design
Michael Lenner yes next door. I showed it.
Wow! Those prices! Farmland is only $10,000 an acre.
Here an acre is about $18-$20 million, such a difference.
Location, location, location... :-)
That's great you sold one of those houses 3 times, is that your record for selling the same house?
I sold another 4 times.
Oh my gosh!! I am such a fan!!
good information..$32 million a lot of money.
Do you mind doing a tour of fryman canyon?
That is not really my market area so not likely I will do a video there.
please do a tour of celebrity homes
beautiful neighbor but omg crazy prices houses start from 10 m for small house that is Beverly hills
It's a shame that you didn't show Elvis Presley's former home at 1174 Hillcrest.
I have been there a few times and did not do videos. Not much to show.
I think she just wondered why you didn't mention the house since you passed it twice. He was The King, Christophe...
I grew up on Hillcrest, and miss it every day.
Heaven
After watching about 20 videos, why so much on street parking and very narrow roads?
Rick Connell ever been to Pittsburgh? Lol
One house you miss out is 1174 directly across the road from opus is the house that elvis Presley owned in beverly hills and is in SUSPICIOUS minds music video
Yes I know the house well.
@@Christophechoo an iconic house wallking in the footsteps of the greatest entainer of all time be worth big bucks that house

That I don't know.
That is ridiculous amount of money! Then an earthquake comes and destroys average houses!

Didn't elvis live on this street
Yes he did at the top of the street, his former home is currently for sale.
"a very genius man"
Beyond lottery wins.
not really, if you win alone and a high sum even if you take the one time payment its affordable. right now if id play megamillions via lottoland and win i think opus wouldnt be too much
What business is typical for the residents along that street to be in? Certainly not actors - lol.
Incredibly over priced real estate considering that it's located right in the middle of the San Andreas fault, and horrible contaminated smog, I would not live there if they pay me!
We don't really have smog in L.A. anymore since the late 70's and 80's Yes prices are very high here as it is one of the best places to live.
Everything is way so overpriced and overrated!
minecraft paid off lol
please do a tour of celebrity homes
Most celebrity clients won't allow tours.
I'm a tour guide in LA and love these videos and use these for accurate information
