This is how villages really are. It's not tears and problems anymore as shown in typical movies. Villages are happy places.

@@xacademia9646 I come from village and although we have our problems right from grocery purchase, loadshedding, medical facilities, bad roads; we still manage to be happy. It's not an active pursuit of happiness as in cities, it's coming to terms with life and carrying on.
FIlms show some messiah like city guys roam like foreigners in their own country and help better things. I'm just saying that this picture of helpless villages is obsolete.
In this show, reverse was shown. A disoriented educated urban youth discovers his identity by coming to village. This time city-dweller was helped by humane & sensitive & realistic aspect of rural social setup.

No doubt Jeetu Bhiya was phenomenal but Raghuvir yadav ( Pradhan ji), Vikas, Neena ji, Prahalaad chacha were outstanding as well. I just finished seasons 2 and I literally cried in the last episode..too good 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Eagerly waiting for season 3 ❤️

I literally connect to my village from this panchayat series... The day to day situations.. also, you live a full life here from the beginning of the day to the end of the day. Army personnel mostly came from the these village who fought and stand like a warrior at the borders for us..

same bro; I was apprehensive that s2 might just fall into the typical love story; boy meets girl; I am relieved they didn't. They maintained what makes this show unique from s1; Raghuvir Yadav is the best actor among a truly amazing cast; Also the last episode, the way they completely subverted expectations; the writers on this show are absolutely brilliant

The best thing about this series is the characters and their development during the events. The characters include Uppradhan ji, Rinki, Manju Devi, Sachiv Ji, Pradhan Ji, Vikas, and even Banrakas. Eagerly waiting for Season 3. Keep up the good work, TVF.

This is for people who never witnessed the slowness of the village life. I lived majority of my life in a very small village and this show is so relatable with a breeze of fresh air.
I’m in love with this series. And what’s makes it more special is the star cast. They all act so real,can’t even think that I am watching a series. It’s more like watching them in the village for real :)

Is show ka direction, screenplay, writing, bgm and very talented starcast itna superb he ki jab bhi ham is show ko dekhte he bas kho jate hai.. Aesa feel hota he jese me khud vaha mojud hu.. Ye magic he bhai sach me..kitni bhi baar dekho apko bore nahi hone dega ye show..makers ko dher sara pyar ki jisne ye itna pyara aur sacha show banaya..
