Thank you Jennifer for your video and sharing your snippets time with us ,always a pleasure and what an easy way to do the Cretan stitch. I am not a quilter but I can really see the fun of a crazy quilt. I learn so much from you just chatting to us and stitching. So pleased your lovely pin cushion bounced and was unharmed.

I appreciate so much your teachings today. I have your books and your way of doing the Cretan stitch is so much easier!! Thank you also for directing us to finish the rose and leaves before we move on to the next. I am just beginning to learn from you the silk ribbon embroidery and now know how to begin and end ….so helpful!

Jennifer, I use your books constantly for reference. So, I took “Foolproof Freeform” and “Flower” to a local printers and got them spiral bound together. Now both are integrated into one and the pages lay completely flat. 🌸

I have several things to say about this video. First, I love when you stop talking so that we can hear the birds in the background, they are so lovely!
Also, thanks so much for showing us the Creatan stitch! I'm going to use that and share with my students in the classes that I teach. Loved seeing you do the little roses. I have all of your books and have looked at the photos but couldn't quite picture the roses. I'm going to give it a go.

Oh my, how I love your videos😊it’s so lovely the way you show us how you can achieve new things which I would never have attempted. The Cretan stitch I have to say looked very daunting, but not anymore. I’m off to have a go, and those adorable little roses. Thank you very much for taking the time. It always feels like we are in the room with you, even if I am in England. You are always so generous with your time and knowledge, so a massive “thank you”.🥰

Thank you Jennifer for this teaching! Appreciated so much as a new stitcher, how you explained the stitches that are in your book. I learn from watching vs reading instructions. Thank you! 😊

I have an 1886 original crazy quilt which is falling apart so this video comes in handy. But scared to taper with it but some of the material has disappeared with age.

Wow, sometimes everything aligns, as it did today for me. I’m teaching crazy quilting at CWA this weekend, and a new stitcher chooses the Cretan stitch for her first seam. I demonstrate it but she is still having trouble wrapping the needle correctly. We go through all the books (including all four of your)and still no success so I whip out the phone, and who and what do you think is at the top of my watch list today? Not only did you show my lady your method, but you also taught me a new better way to do it. Thank you so much.

I was watching your video in all the videos of various crazy quilting I have never seen them stitch around the edge.
Also I understand why you cut out 12" background (to it in a hoop)
The more I watch the more I understand.
I went to buy "palon" and I picked up what looked like what you use and the lady said it was "wondersoft"
Which one is the easiest for what I am about to do.
Ps you were not lecturing us it's teaching if you are interested in listening
