He was never going to choose Jess after she told him she had a daughter. He strung her along and wasted her entire time and experience on the show. He should have told her he wasn't interested and she could have spent that time getting to know other men in the pods.

If having a child is a dealbreaker for him, he wasn’t going to change his mind after she mentioned she has a daughter. She cheated herself out of the experience by not being upfront. She would have found someone earlier on who was actually fine with her having a daughter if she was honest. And if they weren’t fine with it, then her person just wasn’t on the show. You can’t force someone to compromise a dealbreaker.
Literally no one is invested in his life. He's a southern frat boy jock that just likes to run around playing women and acting like the victim. Couldn't stand him.

If Jess was such a “mean girl,” then why did Jimmy send her a friend request… and why did he tell her she was his “number one” even after they met in person and he was already with Chelsea. People are so quick to villainize her just because she’s pretty, but Jimmy was the one who told Jess he was still undecided despite telling Chelsea he was 100% sure he was going to pick her. He is manipulating the story because his relationship with Chelsea took a bad turn and he probably doesn’t want people to know that he regrets turning Jessica down.
Question- is there proof that he sent her a friend request? Cause as far as I know, Jess claimed it but she could totally be making it up 🤷🏻♀️
@@christinac873 Nah, I think she’s telling the truth. The way he was being all friendly and eager around her in person leads me to believe that she wasn’t so bad in the pods. If she truly hurt him that much, I doubt he would still want to talk it out with her. I know I wouldn’t want to purposefully seek out someone who was mean to me

He didn’t tell Chelsea he was 100% sure he was going to pick her. He told her he loved her but she knew he was still talking to someone else. He made his final decision after he felt offended by the way Jess spoke to him during their last conversation.

He’s gaslighting us all. Ppl didn’t think he chose wrong b/c of looks. Viewers thought he chose wrong based on what we saw was a stronger connection with Jess. So it came across that he had an issue with being a stepdad b/c all we saw Chelsea do the entire time was giggle. Her looks were just the icing on the cake. And viewers still thought he chose wrong based on how insecure Chelsea appears to be.

Yeah, he reeeeally beats around the bush and is very indirect. With Jess, it was obvious he made his decision way before it got to the point where she went off on him. And with Chelsea, he seemed to have his mind made up from Day 1. He seems to think if he’s straightforward, he’ll get attacked and look bad, but what he gets attacked for is NOT BEING STRAIGHTFORWARD! That’s what makes him look like he’s stringing people along. It’s very selfish.

In my opinion, I think people should give Jimmy some grace here. Believe me, I'm not the biggest fan of him and he does put his foot in his mouth at times, but I think we're placing way to too much blame on him for that relationship failing. Jessica and people are saying he ruined that opportunity for her, but Jessica also has to take some of the responsibility too. I understand why she felt hooked by him constantly saying "you're my number one" or etc... but she also knew how indecisive he was because he was dating another person, she could've started dating other people in this process and not corner herself in with this one guy. That's the whole point of dating this show; dating around until you find the one. I understand it's hard to reveal you have a child in your life, but she should've revealed that at the beginning. If she did she would've weeded out the guys who weren't ready for that off the bat and not waste her time. If any of the guys came back after hearing that news, then she could use that as a reason to proceed. I think she shot herself in the foot guys. Idk. Jimmy was very indecisive, yes but Jess also chose not explore her possible options.
I think she didn’t want to reveal that she got a child because in real life she got some negative reactions. So she decided to play on her personality first before revealing. In this cas it didn’t work well with Jimmy. But it’s on him. If she would tell vine before he would have exactly the same reaction.
@SuperNashum Exactly my point to reveal she has a child in the beginning. She wouldn't have wasted her time if he wasn't receptive to the news. I thought the same thing where she probably had past experiences where she was rejected for having a child, but If the man isn't ready for a child or doesn't want one, she should just move on and finds the one who'll accept her kid and her, not start something with someone possibly wasting both their time.
It's not all on Jimmy. It's on her, too. Her idea was to have the guy get to know her and then spring the news on him. I understand that's not easy news to reveal, especially in the dating phase, but put yourself in his shoes too, not just hers. Also, think about the show they're on and how little time they have to decide on a future wife/husband. There's no time to waste.

Yep, definitely reveal you have child quickly because if a guy isn’t ready to take that on, he just isn’t ready and you’re wasting your energy by trying to win him over with your personality. There are men who wouldn’t be fazed but obviously some would and both are OK.
I thought she was so sweet and graceful when they met! I was super impressed I expected she was gonna be shady but in fact he was one telling her things a fiancé shouldn’t be saying and Jess kept bringing it back to being happy for them and him being good to Chelsea

Everything he's saying is actually right. She was conceited from day 1 and reminded me of Shayna always harping on about her instagram following (which is hilarious because Jess literally looks like she's made of 80% fillers and botox). The way she threw a temper tantrum when Jimmy didn't reciprocate is what pushed him irrevocably to the other woman. In the pods Chelsea was always warm and empathetic whereas Jess was borderline bullying him under the guise of "im a strong woman, can you handle that" but really she was just vain af and annoyed when Jimmy didn't say or do exactly as she expected. I like Jimmy and his perspective on things. I'm really tired of the Love is Blind cast and fan base bashing the men. That's all the show has become. Mica, Irina, Zanab, Jess, Laura, and Alexa have all been disgusting mean girls and the female cast and fanbase seem to encourage it. Every woman is a victim now.
Ok at this point, I’m starting to feel like a lot of these “characters” are no longer authentic, but now mostly scripted, because there is the same type of “character” on every season. She played the mean girl narcissist. I think by now, most women know how to cover up their own narcissism while being on national television. So to openly display such characteristics, to me screams a little bit forced and scripted.
If her character is real, then she definitely suffered a narcissistic injury by not being chosen over the other women, after giving him so many hints about her looks. If her character really is real, and I kind of don’t think it is, but if it is, she’s definitely a NARCISSIST, and her ego definitely was injured in front of the world. As it should of been.
