You gotta appreciate the hustle of HTVRont to actually adress and fix all the problems of their first machine. I ended up getting the manual press because of the pressure issue and the problems for hoodies, but now it can be worth trying the auto press 2, since it solved those problems
I agree. The fact that they listened to their customers feedback is awesome. So far I'm very impressed. I haven't tried hoodies yet, which was another one of my issues. But so far so good 🙌
Watched this entire video. Never purchased the first HTV auto-press because you know...1st edition anything always has room for growth. After this video I'm definitely getting this new one. They're on pre order right now but I'll pull the trigger after my xmas order payments come through.
😂😂 bro, I've gone to the RUclips rabbit hole watching other channels not having to do with apparel designing so started watching your channel harder and other apparel designers.🎉🎉🎉
I appreciate your review of the HTV RONT 2 Auto Press but I currently have the Original HTV RONT Auto Press and I press tons of HTV and DTF transfers with no issues. My only complaint is not being able to make Puff Vinyl Puff up and the clearance for bigger hoodies. I am definitely considering getting this new one!
Yeah I had it come up from the front. I remember it happening with the first press as well. It stopped after a couple more times using it. I think it's supposed to be some extra adhesive or something there I can't really remember. If you're concerned though you can always message htvront
I just unboxed mine. The user manual says to “place the substrate and material on the heat press mat in order; fix the material with heat resistant tape and cover with the teflon sheet. However, it’s confusing bc the picture shows the teflon sheet taped to the heat press mat. Do you have an explanation for this? Can you look at your use manual to see what I’m talking about? TIA!!
Hi there! Honestly I threw away everything but the press lol. So, you'd place the heat press mat, then the garment or t-shirt, or whatever else you're pressing, then the teflon sheet. I just came out with a video a few days ago pressing all the different heat transfers. It might help you out :)
Just got mine yesterday. Instructions say that the machine automatically cuts off after 15 minutes. Is the power button still supposed to be blinking after 15 minutes?

THanks so much for watching! She's gonna love it!
Does this handle the white toner A+B marrying process? Could you do a video? Thanks.

I always had issues with the htv with the Autopress 1. But this 2nd version is SUUUUCH A HUUUUUGE IMPROVEMENT!
Great video
Thank you so much 🙏
Do you know if your discount is useable for purchase on their canadian website?
I believe so! But make sure to use HoneyA55 my last one ended.
Is there a chart outlining how to determine the pressure setting?
Not that I know of. But I keep it at 170lb all the time
Right out the box #2 powered it on and smoke is coming from behind the panel… have you experienced that?

@ thank you for your response, contacted them and they said it was normal and would go away after a few uses. Hopefully that is true.

Did you do a wash test?
I'll be doing that soon!

I'm not sure I haven't checked to be honest. I will though. I know the first Autopress kept the light blinking even when the press was off
@@NekoPrints ok. Thanks for your speedy reply. Your video was very informative. It addressed lot of my concerns.
@carolyndottery256 you're welcome! Glad I could help
Id be more into knowing if it can do wood coaster sublimation...the old machine couldn't tbh
I'll add it to the list of things to test!
Great review! Do you know if it has enough pressure for puff vinyl?
@@portiabaisden3798 I haven't tried! But the next video I release on it will be testing out multiple materials, so I'll add that to the list!
How does it work with sublimation slates?
Yes it does. There is another RUclipsr that does the puff fabric and it's pretty awesome
@TheCreativeDork5 it worked with puff screen print transfers, I'll try vinyl in my next video 😁😁😁
@nekoprints does it work with sublimation ?
Came over from TikTok 😂

My opinion it’s not worth it with doing 50-200 shirts. I returned both presses.
