Both r totally different genre of bikes bro. ZX10R is a full blown superbike and the scout bobber is a very good cruiser/bobber category bike not meant to go very fast. If you're comfortable riding fast go for the ZX10R that can be ridden slow too. But if you're not comfortable riding fast go for the bobber
