    True, California nurses are the highest paid nurses in US, I’m a retired RN in California with 37 years service worked in a county hospital with monthly retirement checks from SS+ county= 9k+/month, sharing my blessings all these years with my family and others, paid off my new house in California and condo vacay in BGC, supported my niece and nephew in medical school now both doctors in PI, my niece now nurse in Saudi Arabia. No matter what is your status in life always share your blessings great or small and respect hard earned money , I’m living my life to the fullest. I thank God for all the guidances and safety. Just sharing to inspire others. God Bless all the nurses❤ 🙏

    You also need to exercise your voice in decision making. In the end you will regret again. Unstable mind and no contentment will always be a hindrance to stability and happiness. That's the reason why you moved to Berlin ,but are you really happy? Thinking again about moving out because of higher salary. Remember happiness is not aĺl about material things. Don't be swayed by hearsays , you will never be stable and settled by moving places.

    Yes I agree , it’s not easy here even u say salary is high. Especially if ur plan is to stay in California. The taxes is one of the highest in CA . San Diego and San Francisco are among the highest . Currently a lot of homeless in those are because of inflation. House median price are 800k. Unlike in Germany from what u mentioned before that children has allowance from govt. here there’s. NO such thing. Day care is not cheap. A lot of crime there too compared to to Germany. I would still advise u to just stay there. Saving is all depend on you how u managaed your finances. Also u don’t want tipoy to be separated from their dad too. If the two boys will be staying with you . I’m telling you expenses will be enormous that you end up not saving nothing. At least in Germany their dad has to share the cost of their living. Just my opinion. I have live I. The USfor 38 years now. It’s not like it used to be when. We arrive here. Time has changed so much , so think hard if I were u.

    Sobra ang taas ng cost of living dito sa 🇺🇸 lalo na sa big cities like New York, LA, Chicago etc.. Hindi rin libre ang healthcare- mataas ang binabayaran namin for health insurance… and if you have no health insurance, ampangit ng treatment sa iyo.. also pag hindi ka sa big cities nakatira, mahirap ang public transportation.. sariling sasakyan ay necessity dito..

    US is a good place to live but it depends which estates.
    Next time try to visit Canada. Health care is really good. Would you move to US if your husband wants to? How about your 2 young sons ?
    Well anything can work it out if two parties agree on everything. Enjoy your upcoming visit in the US .

    Malaki ang sweldo dito sa US if you have already many years of experience. Baka yong nurse making $ 15,000 a month probably works every day no days off.

You will wonder even you are poor but you have knowledgeable capacity to go to University, then you can pursue it. ... and not everyone may weapons dito.

    • @mariateresaaligam7495
      @mariateresaaligam7495 Месяц назад +5

      True,it depends in which States you will live in...we live here in Illinois and they say that here the standard of living is a little bit high,but there are also foods that are still less expensive unless you choose to go buy it in expensive stores...
      And the health system here is also good...i'm on medications and i had an operations in 2022, my room is private,and i had 3 doctors,anaesthiologist etc...i did not pay any single dime...they said if not for my health insuran i could have more that $25+k bills..
      And 1 of my daugther is an OR nurse in one of the best gov't hospital here in Chicago,she got good salary...
      So it really depends on the states u live in...

    Also, in my opinion Stef, mas ok ang buhay sa Germany. Yung support ng gov't pa lang s mga bata dyan is a very good benefit, nasabi mo din sa health insurance and i think when it comes sa safety mas safe padin dyan. US is a melting pot for all races, but hindi ko sinasabi na hindi maganda dun. Speaking about opportunities, syempre may opportunity din talaga dun pero if you were to compare mas ok ang Germany. Sa law and order i think better sa Germany.

    The nurses here in the U.S. really get high salary. All my relatives and friends who are working as nurses really have high salary.
    But for family like yours with young kids, you should choose a city here with really good school district. If not, I will be honest, may mga districts dito na hindi talaga maganda ang school districts kaya maraming mga bata dito na lumalaking mga walang mode because of the bad influences from their peers. Unless you can afford to send your kids to private school.
    So if you will plan to move here the nurse salary is really high, but if I were you I would wait until the kids are a bit older at yung nahubog na talaga sa pagkatao nila ang magandang asal. As I've noticed, your kids are really nice, sweet, responsible and respectful. So if you will move them here while still young and your husband will be accepted in a hospital with not-so good school district, then your kids might end up being bullied or worse might get bad influence ng mga bata dito. 🙁
