Money can be a topic that activates a lot of our parts and involves cultural, legacy, and personal burdens. In this video, I give some of my thoughts and experiences and encourage exercises to get to know your own parts around the topic of money.

Loved this perspective! I have a part that came forward during this talk related to constricted beliefs from lineage patterns and emotions about lack vs abundance. So much curiosity in the freedom of money beliefs. I appreciate YOU🙌 -Heather

Yes! You make so much sense, Heather. I am planning to lead a workshop in August (likely August 9th, but the recording will be available, too) about cultural and legacy burdens. Toward the end, I hope to lead a collective unburdening exercise on the burden of scarcity. This was one of the last requests Derek Scott made in his final video before his passing - that someone address the cultural burden of scarcity! It is so pervasive.
