Everytime I see one of these clips it ends up being the female talking about either, sex, relationships, her partner, looking for a partner, what they like what they don't like, or some mix thereof. I know they are older interviews, but it does show that at least in some ways the interview questions have moved on, hopefully, these days it'd come up rarely and even then only if it was natural and not brought up as if that's all you can think of to ask a female.
I think she misinterprets men's, uh.... "business;" Men will ALWAYS be thinking what their "boys" are saying, but a REAL man will curb that desire for the relationship to grow, not just hit it and run. Women, on the other hand, WON'T control their "lady" because they believe it's their bodies telling them something meaningful, when they are just human like men... Mind over matter, ladies...
