ac only in bedrooms would make it a no deal for me....too hot and humid....I live in Fl, so I know the value of ac. Also the open shower making the bathroom wet is a deal breaker for $400.

That is, when you get your first electric bill… [edit] I forgot, $.25 kWh is the apartment rate but even the government rate to ac an entire 3br house during the hot season might be as much as the rent!
