Why helathcare staff in uk leaving nhs hospitals . I heard that it is because of less salary , more workload , understaffing , managers are not paying attention to health care staffs due to all these reasons nhs staffs are leaving their jobs and so becuase of that reason there are so many vacancies are available . Is it all true ? Or not ? I am just preparing to work as a nurse in uk but i heard all these things so i just wanted to know know your opinion .
There own natives don't work as nurses and they recruit from India and all over globe. Moreover UK can never be trusted they sent a lot of nurses back to India in 2015 and many of them were heart broken and devastated after spending 4_5 year when they were sent back
