Arriva Kent’s tired 1563 RX07KPJ struggling up a hill on the 483

It’s not everyday you see Caetano Nimbuses still in service, last time I even rode these were when CT Plus and Tower Transit still had them in London.
However this one has probably seen better days with the cooling fan being on and off and having a rather poor performance most likely due to age and Arriva’s maintenance!
