Wonderful cookie and no spreading so perfect for decorating. I did a few tropical fish cutouts then colored the glaze for cookies for my grandkids. The dough reminded me of pizzelles so I pulled out my iron and made a few of those then glazed them, yum. My iron makes 4 mini pizzelles so these made the perfect tea cookie.
Even though springtime didn't come yet, I take some sunny breath from nonna's videos, especially from those like this one. Thank you nonna for that overinhailing of sunlight ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
Look at my pretty lady encircled in beautiful Lemon Yellow! Sweet Limoncello apron from the Amalfi Coast, beautiful bright and sunny Daffodils from her garden and thee most gorgeous, delectable, lemony scrumptious Lemon Cookies with a tart lemon glaze that screams "A cup of Espresso, coffee or tea, please!" Nonna, you work SO HARD to produce a beautiful cookie dough.....God Bless Your Dear Heart ♡ Thank you for sharing your happy kitchen and your wonderful culinary craft. From my kitchen to yours ♡ ((I notice no salt in your recipe?)) ~♡~♡~♡~

Is that really only 6oz olive oil? Looks like a cup and a half! Please advise :)
Yes. 6 oz. That’s a one cup / 8 oz measuring cup.
